like you said, imlie needs to grow but she cannot unless she acknowledges and understands her mistakes. for that to happen, the CVs need to stop showing her as mahaan and need to stop showing her saviour complex as something good. instead, they need to show that it is self-destructive.

and I agree with you that decisions like adoptions need to be a family decision, not something that can be decided by one person. sometimes, it will require multiple people.

I know of a family who decided to adopt a girl and add to their family. (they already had natural children). because this child is over 5, she was interviewed by child services to see whether she would be willing to join this family. the parents also talked to their natural children and asked if they would be comfortable with them adopting this girl. so not only adults but even children need to come on board with a decision in order to make it work.

as a joint family, it means that imlie should be getting the feels of everyone before she jumps into a lifelong decision of adoption. she can't randomly decide on her own and expect aryan to tag along. he is not a doll. 🤷

He knows that Imlie is special but still flawed and he, unlike most ITV heroes who expect perfection, he loves Imlie for all her imperfections. I think Imlie knows that too. Hence she calls him her Dhruvtara. But I just wish Imlie could remember that he is still human. I feel like Imlie has him on this weird pedestal. It makes her think he is so strong and unshakeable that she can throw anything at him without hurting him. She forgets that he is human too and takes him for granted. Like he will always be there for her.

thats why I felt their love story is lopsided in that he offers her support and accepts her wholeheartedly but what he gets out of it is a bit murky. she does not show him in the small ways that he counts. she does not show him in the decision making that his input matters. she does not give him the courtesy of telling him she is stepping out. so separation would have happened eventually because at some point, a person who gives so much will run out of juice. you can't have one person take and another person constantly give. then her flaws which he accepted becomes too overbearing -- that is what we will see. he will reject her as too much and feel that she didn't value him, their baby or their relationship.

That's what I said glad they exploring now because last time she was edge of her own destruction, she itself would have realized what blunder she have committed but due to channel pressure Arylie marriage came, Aryan pulled her out but this time she will face it, then only she will realize what she lost. Aryan always made her so secure on this relationship.

Imlie never been questioned by her parents for keeping her life on line and going extreme level for her so called APNA family, that's the biggest drawback. She needs to face the consequences for her decisions then only she will realize hope that's what going to happen.

It's A complete Contradiction that a girl that has craved Security all her life seems so Callous with it when She finally gets it,

Probably Bec she never had to fight for Aryan's acceptance unlike her first marriage. You always Value things that you worked for. Here she got it too easily and actually against herr wishes in the Beginning

she is going to Break this boy completely for him to let her go. And then she will do worse by not sticking around to pick up the pieces. Reinforcing the idea that yes she sort of loved him but he wasn't ever her LOVE.

This just broke my heart.

Aru will actually turn into ruthless person with no emotions even for his family. He will be going to have hard time trusting Imlie again.

It will hurt him the most that the person he trusted and loved the most is the ond who broke his trust. He has always been scared of loosing his loved ones and now he will end up loosing not one but 2 precious people.

And boy when she will realise the damage she caused, she will have to work really hard to gain back aru's love this time around..

Its going to be roller coster journey filled with loads and loads of angst. 💔

spot on. 👏

that is why the confession was way too early. she wasn't head over heels the way he was. if she was, she would be a lot more aware of how her actions could be misunderstood by him, by his family especially as this is her second marriage. she would be worried and wanting to work at holding on to him more. but she is like "shrug, he is mine - 🤷"

especially after the fiasco over with madhav, you would think she has the common sense to tell aryan before she runs off anywhere. but nope, same old same old. he will always be there is her assumption and so no need to change herself.

I want him to shut her out completely that it will be a long fight for her to win him back. she will have to put in the work so that we truly believe that she didn't kinda love him but he was her love.
