Why this track makes sense.

I know Imlie is wrong and being stupid, but what else do we expect from a traumatized teenager?

She has supressed trauma from Malini and Malini is purposefully exploiting her triggers.

Imlie has abandonment issues, her biological father abandoned both her and her mother. Which makes her wish for a happy family to all kids, that was also the reason she allowed Malini to stay at Tripathi house after everything.

Speculation:

In the event of Imlie losing chiku, she is going to be more obsessed with gudiya and likely to make more rash decisions.

Aryan will again try to strong arm her (like wedding track) because she needs that intervention now, she has no rights to snatch gudiya from her mother. However, she might actually run away this time and Malini will have a lot to do with Imlie running away.

Disclaimer: this is based on all the information we have till now.

ETA: Imlie feels the need to protect everyone from malini because she is the reason malini hates them. Malini wouldn't have hated or been so cruel/ insensitive to Tripathi's including her own baby if Imlie wasn't in the equation.

AKT ka name is only a plot device, that Malini will use to guilt Imlie and sow doubts in her family (Narmada basically)

This is classic sister conflict, and best part is it comes without cringe sautan drama.

Lastly, it may seem like Imlie vs Malini on the surface, but it will actually unfold as ASR vs Malini.

If this was on paper, it would have beautifully explored Imlie's past trauma and hidden insecurities but the thing is we as an audience are fed up of Imlie prioritising the wrong people in her life. She has an amazing mom, a true soulmate in Aryan and a baby of thier own. She has her life on track and can move forward leaving all her trauma behind

But still she would fall in that old trap and if the spoilers are true she will chose Gudiya over her own relationships and that's so infuriating to watch.

And as a broken record I'll say my main issue is that I don't want to see Sumbul as a mother 😞

If leads didn't mistakes toh story kya hogi? Happily ever after is the end.

And you will not see Sumbul as a mother for more than a few episodes.

Pooja, I think writers are doing great job in setting up the separation and post leap conflict. Imlie will break aryan and will break him beyond repair.

Today only aryan said that he gives his time and trust to.person once only . And boy, the way Imlie will break him , Imlie will have to do heavy-lifting this time.

It is not bad writing that they are showing Imlie's obsession. It is intentional bcz both aryan and audience knows Imlie doesn't know to prioritse . Its just aryan tried his best to never let Imlie come.across kind of situation where this is exploited. But unfortuantely, they and their kid will have to bear brunt bcz of Imlie's impulsiveness. They will loose cheeku , and aryan will start breaking but still he will try to uphold himself bcz of Imlie despite knowing what led to it. It will be narmada who.will show Imlie the mirror that her obession destroyed their family and Imlie will leave aryan . He will break so hard. Bcz his world, the person he trusts the most broke all the promises and his trust and gave up on their relationship. The.love of his.life for whom he was the definition of love gave up on their love.

The angst it will serve.

Baacha is just a plot device..

I don't think its gudiya even . Could be meethi-satyakam's daughter . They could show that not all step sisters are bad . Its just the sitautions.. could serve as plot that it were situations that made malini - Imlie where they are in their relationship..

Or it could be just a orphaned kid that Imlie took under her wing.

Both cheeku and gudiya need to be gone for their separation. Gudiya too bcz aryan will be ready to adopt gudiya especially after they lost their kid. It will be loss of both the kids that will wreck them

Trust me i do understand your frustration 🤗

But if imlie or Aryan starts to behave like normal RL people then there will be no story to show onscreen 😆

Imlie apni family pe focus karegi toh dikhayenge kya. ITv mein all shows show FLs as working women for few episodes and later there professional progress will be offscreen only. That's they already showed in Aryan's entry track.

ITv and Films thrive on emotions. That's why almost all shows focus on family dramas.

Let's put it this way Akt is just a sperm donor of Gudiya nothing else. Not to forget Gudiya isn't his love child and result of Malini's Dhokha

Akt was absent during Malini's pregnancy and he's absent even now. Sperm dene se koyi baap nahi ban jaata and janam dene se koyi maa.

Spoilers are not always correct. Just wait for the story to unfold before making any judgment of upcoming track.

This plot actually does make sense. Both Imlie and Aryan have suppressed their insecurities and past trauma for long. They both have issues which were never talked out in the open. So to encash those flaws is a good way of showing multiple layers of a character. No-one is perfect no matter how the exterior looks.

Aryan might look strong, epitome of being calculative, but even he have his own set of insecurities. Inside somewhere he is still the young man who is always afraid of failing to protect his loved ones, who always thinks that it's his sole responsibility to save everyone

In the same way Imlie might have mature thought, but inside she is still the broken teenager, who have to prove everything, and keep everyone safe in family. The harsh reality and pressure from the society has forced her to grow up, but as a teenager she is bound to be impulsive. She will do illogical things, always following her heart more than her brain.

So they will make mistakes, huge mistake, breaking eachother in worst possible way. At the end they will grow up, gain maturity and come back together, but before that they need some time away from each other. Both of needs to find themselves before finding each other again.

Aryan centres Imlie (he's her pole star)

He also obstructs and channels her self destructive tendencies (they both do that for eo, as both their love is self destructive)
