On real life too it's not everyone propose and consummate their marriage,it's all depends on the couple what they want. Arylie was legally married on their own will and even now if they consumate it will be out of own wish so it's fine, its about how they going to handle the issues which is going to come. Imlie have lot of insecurities inside, she knows Aryan will be always their for her no matter but getting his love and consummating marriage is something big for her. she is seeing his efforts( candles decoration on home, asking for coffee date, reconciling with meethi, getting her water, this date) and she also knows Aru isn't a vocal person. Today it's very clear she is madly in love and want him to propose her. Like you said both are so fear of loosing each other and it's understandable if they go physical without confession.
I am so waiting for this yaar!! I actually want them to go for consummation without confession..it depicts real life scenario..such things happen in real life and it will be different.

Unlike the one with Aditya...people compare it and say she doesn't understand Aryans worth and all but that's not the case...aryan and imlie's equation is very different and they are like as aryan said very different yet together becz of their like minded thoughts!!
