1. Why should a 20 year old kid wear saree?

good point! she may look younger if they went with the haldi look. she wouldn't look like she is drowning in a sari and her hair. and yes, maybe change the earrings to something more modern and trendy -- she has a really small baby face and so she would look cute in smaller studs.

Yea I don't get why there isn't more variety in outfits. I find it a strange quirk that it is often the side characters or villians who have the best outfits in ITV. There is another serial I am watching and the troublemaker lady is on the plumpier side but the woman knows how to dress to her size and make it look good. And she doesn't repeat the outfits. So I do find it strange where the leads look like they have outfits in uniforms basically -- different colours of the suit in the same design and length -- who does that in real life? 🤷‍♀️

In this drama, I find Arpita to be the best dressed -- I love how her suits and jewelry suit her body type as well as her face giving off this very elegant and refined look. I also like the saris that Narmada wears -- again in tune with the character but they also look super comfy and elegant at the same time

As someone who sees a lot of BTV things passing left and right for my mom, most of them wears saree😆 But Gungun, Sreemoyi's daughter in laws and some of the characters never wore saree much. But the styles of sarees keep on changing in BTV, Yet If I wanna love to sit and hate saree then I would like to point out Piu... her sarees doesn't look Rishi Sen's standards and jewellery too. Its same as Imlie, the class differences could be straight out pointed when you put a glance on them. Though Piu's background is pretty richer than Rishi's but since she grew in a poor place her choice of clothes show the difference a little. She got a pretty facr to cover up tho

Personally I am a sari lover. But, when it comes to day to day life, I prefer chudidhar/salwar. With Imlie, I would prefer to see her in something simple like what Rupi or Arpi wears. But, after Aryan in yesterday's episode mentioned Imlie 'videsh jaayenge', I feel like the Creatives are giving her this look purposely, so that they can give her a complete makeover once Imlie returns after her studies. It's my guess only.😊
