Hai. My heart.

I think obviously we were all expecting a hug but what I loved about it was that it was all Imlie. She saw his eyes. She paused. She pulled off the face covering. She said ABP. She recognized him without skipping a beat. She embraced him. She fell apart in his arms and held on for dear life. It was absolutely a master class in showing how different they are.

He has no problem touching her.... but it's usually in a way to reprimand, correct or stop or help her. He never initiates touch for the sake of touching, to thank or comfort. Her seeking solace in his arms and holding on for dear life threw him for a loop. The hand hover was beautiful and gently touching the back of her head was so wholesome. Nothing about the hug was s*xual, and you know what I'm fine with that. He doesn't see her that way in my opinion, it's a pure love that beats slowly and persistently, not something that burns fast and out.

I skipped through the Rupi- AKT scene but LOL @ Malani, why couldn't she just say she's out for coffee with friends?! weirdest plot hole there to be honest, maybe it will lead to something.

The sequencing of him simply WALKING with his background music. FUUUUU. IT JUST DOES SOMETHING FOR ME OK, I KNOW A FICTIONAL CHARACTER SHOULD NOT MAKE ME FEEL THIS WAY BUT OMG THE WALK. THE HEAD TILT. THE STARE DOWN. THE HAIR FLOWING BACK WITH THE BREEZE. I CANNNOOOTTTTTT.

I also loved Imlie beating up the gundas and freeing the girls. The look she gave ASR at the end, I don't know what it was but I like it.

the pre-cap had me laughing a big because clearly he's captain America and she's black widow but lmao I loved it. I'm wondering how long this sequence is going to stretch out since tomorrow will be episode three of this. Not sure what the transition looks like for Malani PF. Maybe ASR makes sure Imlie doesn't go home? Like hides her for a bit. Who knows, but either way fam, it was a good day: an arylie HUG and I defo hope Pav thinks the love meter has gone up for Imlie, FINALLY SOMEONE WHO IS 'SAVING' HER, BUT, even with that he isn't her white knight, he's simply a king that stands with his queen. <3
