Aryan is someone who behaves as the situation demands. The side of his that we saw in PD, while unconventional, it was still as per the need of the moment. He hasn't ever let the fact that they're boss and employee be forgotten by either of them. As soon as Atank was out of the picture, he was quick to remind her that their partnership was only till they got rid of Atank. While she may have become a little more important to him, there's nothing else that has changed between them ā no feelings have developed, no realizations have hit. So he will pretty much be his usual akkadbaggha self once they're back in Delhi, softening only if and when a moment demands, just like we've been seeing before PD.
