Most definitely. The belief a show can sail due to one singular actor or sink & end due to one singular actor is silly. A show has multiple characters, many actors (big and small roles) and a crew of 200+ (gash’s own words). A show depends on all these pieces.

I wonder if Imlie or for that matter anyone else remember that Adi CHOSE to go to PD. Aryan dangled a carrot of serious journalism interview stuff. But Adi CHOSE to go, in the process he also Humiliated Imlie.

Adi never reached out to his family, he behaved recklessly the entire time he was in PD. Which serious journalist does that, even after receiving warning that this was a serious mission.

EDIT: wanted to build off of your edit .. so different viewpoints are good but when they cease becoming conversations it’s disheartening. No one wants to force people to believe one way or the other but to objectively view the story is necessary, too. I am shocked at the T's. I am a couple episodes behind. When Malini said Aditya should have agreed to the demands and Aparna said "Aditya would never betray his country, I'm his mother and even I don't want that". Rupi too chimed in. Like are they on something special?

One doesn't negotiate with terrorists, but you can definitely lie and pretend in order to buy time. Am I missing something?

And Aparna asks Narmada twice: "Your son is out there too. How are you not so worried? You must be so worried". Maybe I'm just being touchy. I don't remember exactly her words. I'm sure she was trying to sympathize, but it felt a bit weird to me. Like she's asking her how can she be so calm 🤦‍♀️. God forbid people try to approach stress with deep breaths and attempt to regulate their own emotions. So freaking rude. She's doing a low-key version of what Malini is doing and she doesn't realize it.
