So I will just give my insight basis what I saw. When Aryan Singh Rathod claimed the fight club to remove illegal fights, Aditya assumed that he was the owner. When he turns out to be wrong, lag gaya patrakaar mahoday ke ego pe dent, upar se Imlie turns out to be right about him. The issue over here is, Aditya perceived it as Imlie going against him for Aryan Singh Rathore, rather than him being wrong about Aryan.

When Imlie messes Aryan's car and Aryan compels her to clean it, Aditya fights for her with Aryan, but Imlie refuses Aditya's attempts to get her inside the office. Here, it becomes again Imlie chooses Aryan's punishment over Aditya's pleas. She chooses to be Aryan's intern and not Aditya's. Another dent on ego.

When she is driven out of the hostel, Imlie never told anyone. Aryan found her and on the agreement of being a tenant she went home. Imlie had clearly told Aditya, she won't come as long as Malini is there. Imlie still chose to call Aditya and inform him, but his complaint was why did Imlie choose to go with Aryan Singh Rathore and not come to him. When he came to get her , unlike each time where Imlie complied, she rebelled against him. Again it became about why not me. Another dentwa.

When she drove the car to the office, how can she enjoy this without me?

When her article was published, why so much meherbani on her?

When she chooses to like entertainment beat, why such a frivolous topic?

When she was wearing his coat? What is another man's coat doing on my wife on our wedding anniversary?

All these questions had answers, but Aditya chose to ignore them. Uske liye kya situation tha, kya haalat the, kya hua, kyun hua, ye sab to matter hi nahi kiya. Har questions ka ek ganda sa jawaab bhaisaab ne weave kar liya.

Going by their history, whenever Imaliya makes this grandstand of her self-respect and choices and walks out, Aditya goes after her, she melts and she comes back. And that is what Aditya was going by this time also. Cause, Malini is a non-existent fixture for him, but for Imlie is the root of all problems. So when Aditya does not see Malini as a problem and doesn't understand Imlie's PoV or stand, that is when Aryan comes into the picture. He isn't jealous, he sees him as a problem, he sees him as someone doing things for Imlie which he thinks he shouldn't, he thinks of him as someone taking advantage of Imlie, because he is granting Imlie things for some reason. He thinks that whenever Imlie is choosing herself, she is choosing Aryan over him. Simply put, Aditya isn't jealous of Aryan, he is simply making an issue out of Aryan, because Imlie is choosing to not repeat the toxic cycle with him, and he believes Aryan is the reason.

Come to think of it, Imlie surely has come a long way in spite of her BS jaap. In spite of all her concern, she has chosen to stand her ground for her self-respect. Even though she dawdles because of withdrawal, she is putting up a good show till now.

My thoughts exactly. Adding this to the accusations of Aru being an inappropriate, vile boss /man manipulating Imlie left and right.

While, yes, professional boundaries between the two had been blurred from the very beginning on both of their parts. If Aru didn't maintain neutrality, neither did Imlie. But he never, and I mean never, threatened her with sexual violence or forced any unwanted attentions on her.

His true character came out after the mythical sex scene when he advised Imlie to be calm with a ballistically angry Mr. Tripathi.

His interference came after that galeech ad for which honestly he should have fired Aditya. Even that wasn't because of his machinations, but circumstantial. Both of them were thrown in this together by Aditya himself.

So bhaad me jaaye.

Now I can watch Imlie on TV yesterday i showed my mom Imlie on hotstar tv and today she told me to do that show again she liked the show 😆
