Very nice as always. I liked Aryan's thoughtfulness. Their chemistry was also very good. As usual felt sad seeing Aditya and Malini's condition. Imlie always thought about others and did what was right in that situation. She never thought about how that decision will affect her. I liked it that you have kept that trait in your story. Do continue writing

Malini is in so much pain... Sometimes I do think that can your pain redeem the acts you made to purposefully cause pain to others?

In 'eye for an eye' the old saying - for stands for restorative behaviour rather than destruction or revenge!

Obviously this is not the best example, because M's pain isn't caused by imlie but fate.... Well maybe I'm stuck in a loop here! Help me.

Honestly didn't like her request that imlie take care of baby ... I know it's insensitive towards the kid who only deserves the best but I think M has a nerve to ask that favor and imlie has no obligation to fulfill it.

I think Malini knows deep down that only Imlie will love Neel as her own, for her that trumps anything else at this point because time is short. Yes she has always been envious of Imlie because she is moral, upright bad golden hearted. Finally for Malini she wants the very best for her son. So yes, she swallows her pride and asks Imlie.

Karma is a very interesting concept indeed. IF you can wrap your head around it, which I can easily having spent years thinking through various spiritual philosophies. I don't claim to have a PhD in it but I have a good grasp of the concept. I appreciate not everybody agrees though. That is fair too. Be happy to elaborate in a PM should you want to delve.
