Episode started with Arpita giving a reality check to Aru ki sab uski tarah stoic nahi hote.

He's the only one going out to search for Imlie, because y'know, Tripathis uski kitni parvah karte hain

Malini goes to the Mandap and waits.

Aditya goes to the temple only to not find Imlie

Khud hi Arylie ke bare me sochta hai aur jealous hoke Malini ke paas chala jata hai.

Ek nahi mili toh dusri toh milni hi chahiye na bro.

Aditya goes back to the Mandap when the good omen has passed away. He screeches for Mr. Rathore as Imlie screeches for him. Banda obsessed hai Aru se. Like we discussed he feels emasculated by Aryan. Aur uski male ego hurt hui hai bas.

Aru sees Imlie through the blood-stained car windows. Blood strategically placed for some khoon bhari maang symbolisms tomorrow. He will save her as Aditya destroys himself inauspicious shaadi karke male ego me aake.

Edit : Mujhe yeh shagun-apshagun ka drama bahut ghatiya lagta hai but yahi narrative device use kiya hai inn logon ne

Thanks for the quick recap (and for tagging me so I wouldn’t miss it!). Apologies, I’m going to try and catch up now but I haven’t had time to make it through all the pages I’ve missed today. It’s too bad they’re dragging this out so much - it’s so draining

What a weak man Adi is - yesterday he showed zero remorse for abandoning Malini, nor did he accept any responsibility for how he’d treated her. It was all about what he wanted. Even just assuming that after the way he’s treated her, she’s just drop everything and show up when he beckoned cause he was ready to reconcile. (ETA: I was typing furiously and missed saying this last part was about Imlie but also applied to Malini).

A man in love wouldn’t assume the worst and then go sit in the mandap to marry the same woman he literally just left at the alter! Why is his next instinct to go marry Malini?! Why isn’t it to go home, create a plan to do better, and talk to Imlie, spend some more time trying to work things out, and if it doesn’t work out, he moves on. Man sends one text message - that’s like the bare minimum he could do at this stage to work things out. But ugh. I’ll stop.

I’ll be interested in the interaction between Arylie once he saves her from the car. But more than that I’m just ready for whatever comes after this drawn out wedding drama.

I appreciate the daily nature of these shows most days, but others I would happily take a 45-60min episode/week that actually moved the story along than wait through days of filler episodes for something to actually happen.

Side note - I saw a clip on Instagram - I do love that when he’s thinking about her she’s Jungli to him. I find it cute.
