Ok, so my focus in today's 2 cents is only 2 scenes because they are co-related with each other.

AryLie scene: Today I really felt that there was something else going on here. I am actually blushing today writing this☺️, but what was that bro. Aryan always manages to stump Imlie doesn't he? And the eyes. More than the hand-holding, it was the eyes. Imlie's eyes had so many questions, yet there was some kind of a fear. Aryan's eyes, which only had fire and fearlessness. Regarding the hand holding, I am curious what made him give his hand for support suddenly. What has changed? Why did the entire scene feel like Aryan was marking his territory? Imlie belonging to one territory for sure. Guys, please help me. Why do you think he offered his hand today?

AdiLie: And today another difference between Aditya and Imlie. Jab Malini Aditya ko bolti hai to woh Imlie ko question karta hai. But here, Aryan ne Aditya ki bajai, to madam chali aayi Aryan ko question karne. You see, Imlie chose to defend Aditya (as a reflex), although fault Aditya ka tha. And Aditya chose to question Imlie, jab fault uska tha nahi.

Coming to the precap: I am really hoping that Aryan doesn't take that hand. I am just hoping that Aryan actually lives up to the words he has said like he always does, but you never know with writers man.

Rest all was fast fwded.

I saw your post on the hand holding too - Just I agree. It was beautiful. Aryan is just as gentle with Imlie as he is hard. When he praises her it's got a bit of tough love in it too.

I would love for them to stay in this space for a bit. While she regains her footing.

Me too, its just so fun to watch! It is a very natural and lovely progression and that is what makes it so beautiful.

Dude that is what I'm saying. The vulnerability! My word, that scene. I was not ready. Like those moments felt so private. I had trouble just believing that this is what I was seeing. From the moment he started that forward walking thing while lecture praising her, I was lost. Then they threw in the hand hold and the ID badge, and I don't know anymore. Even if you just pay attention to that body language. The whole vibe of it. The backdrop in which all of the little interactions and moving about his office played out.

She looked shook, and he looked like a conquerer of sorts. So yeah, the bold and italicized sums it up 💯

I forgot I was watching starplus and not HBO and started screaming "kiiiisss" to the tv 😂

I have one answer to "What has changed?" - He's in looooove 😂 Okay, maybe not. But he is really starting to care. And Imlie is waking up to him as something other than her boss. Like oh he's a dude too.

The precap with Malini is so well-timed:

Although I can't say for sure what he will say to Malini, I know for sure he will not go along with her plans because (a) he is top dog in his world and (b) Imlie is off-bounds to others for him now. I think maybe that's what today's scene was supposed to communicate to us, Imlie's growing importance to him and why he will react the way he will to meeting Imlie's enemy.

My observations from today's episode...

First and foremost, when Imlie accused Aryan of using her against Aditya, Aryan nipped the thought at the bud and made it clear kii even if his purpose was revenge, he need not use anyone and can do it on his own..This kinda clears two things, sabse badi baat toh yeh kii Aryan is pushing Imlie ahead not with a bad motive, but because he sees the potential to achieve greater things in her, he challenges her...And it is not like Imlie is doing time pass at the office and she has been favored and given the promotion for free..No, Imlie worked hard, Aryan knew her work deserved appreciation, thus rewarded her with a promotion and Imlie earned it..This is fair enough and no one can blame Aryan for being biased or favoring Imlie...

And the other thing is that Malini is going to want Aryan to join hands with her, but I think when Malini offers her deal, Aryan is going to cut her off in style..Aryan has already made it clear that he needs no one to help him for his revenge, so after listening to Malini, my guess is that he is going to amused and brushing off Malini, Aryan will subconsciously get more protective of Imlie..This is how I think things will unfold after watching the precap...

Then coming to the next bit, today Aryan extended his hand to Imlie and asked her if she wanted to stay where she was or if was willing to get up and reach for the skies, THIS and the moment Imlie placed her hand in Aryan's was very symbolic..The current situation in Imlie's life is hurting her and with Aryan giving her a way out she has accepted it..Imlie has taken the leap to move forward for her dreams and goals by accepting Aryan's hand.. 😎

With Aryan's support Imlie is going to thrive and accomplish success like never before..😎 And along the way they might develop a bond of friendship and something more with time..❤️

On the other hand I think Aditya is going to start his own newspaper soon and maybe it will be newspaper vs newspaper, Aryan vs Aditya next..

Ok so here's what I feel about him extending his hand of support to her & it's timing. See before Today he never felt Imlie lacked confidence but today she clearly showed that she doubted her talent & achievement. Use aage badhane wale kam peechhe kheenchne wale zyada h may be that's why.

Okay, so honestly, I have been watching that scene on loop😆 to figure out what has changed.

@bold: So he isn't in love to be precise, but he cares. Imlie is intimidated by him, but she is the best student in moral science ka class, so waking up to anything Aryan-specific, to bhool hi jao😆. But yes, she is not uncomfortable in the proximity. She is a young girl, it is not a crime to feel differently. Sab insaan hi hote hai.

What I did understand is, Aryan has never offered support, because he knows Imlie does not need it. She can do things on her own, just like her mother told her today. Whatever she has achieved is because of her own merit, she did not need help before, so she should not doubt her abilities. But the problem is, she is viewing herself through Aditya's eyes. Agar Aditya kahega to thik, agar woh kahega to galat. Aisa kyun bhai? Jis bande ki self-awareness bare minimum pe chalti hai uske nazar se khud ko judge karna galat hai. Imlie has done hard work for whatever time she has been in Bhaskar Times. And she surely deserves to be rewarded. Aisa bhi nahi hai usko koi senior Editor bana diya. She is a freelance writer, simple. Aditya itna kyun react kar raha hai? Khud me kami dikhti nahi, aur Imlie me galti nikal raha hai. Does he even believe what he says, or does he just utter rubbish for the heck of it? Why does she face the brunt of his own insecurities each time?

Aryan doesn't need the help of the likes of Malini for sure. He is confident of his capabilities. Malini can need help for sure, cause she is incapable. Muh utha ke chali aayi offer leke? Ab pyaar se business pe utar aayi.🤔 Basis the interaction with Malini, we will know how the future screenplay will pan out. Will he shoo her off or will he take up on the offer. I don't know. But I can agree on the point, that for Aryan, Imlie seems to have occupied a place similar to his sister and mother, where she is off-limits to everyone.

Oh yes, she paid attention to every word he said. But it also increased her confusion. Should she believe Aditya or Aryan. Frankly, the girl should believe herself, rest what Aryan or Aditya do should not bother her.

He did make it clear that Imlie is not someone he will use against Aditya. If he has some issue he can address it himself. But yes, it surely felt like he is pulling Imlie out of Aditya's shadow so that she can shine on her own. And the way he put her id card around her neck felt like he was latching Imlie to himself.
