You are absolutely right. Why would Imlie want to visit the ax’s after so much has happened? Adi has no brains so he can be the puppet but it doesn’t make sense for them all to just dust themselves off and parade to the C house this soon. Yuck.

I'm guessing adi will throw token hesitation n imlie will be the one convincing him to go.. cuz bhagwan, bachha, blah blah. And he'll say abhi bhi theek nahi lagraha hai but let's go becuz you have to get insulted by Anu and I've to misunderstand you according to the script 😒
