I think it's Aparna, she's way too obsessed with "bechari" Malini 🤢

Malini will definitely lose the case in court but will ask Imlie to take back the case because she is pregnant - that's the last card she will play. So Imlie will leave even though per the sharth she wins - because of the baby.

They will not show her losing the case at all.

Adi will then do something to expose didi and show that nothing happened that night.

I agree, this scenario seems most likely.

Just don't know where/how the kidnapping would fit into the picture.

If i had to pick - I'd pick Dev. He has reason to save his daughter from shame. And he does not know abt the sharth. Once he does he may kelp KC and Imlie with kidnap drama? The clip looked like it was Imlie acting - esp with the hit on her head and the camera conveniently in her hands
