It is the same channel that aired soaps such as Saans and Kora Kaagaz. Dealt with sensitive issues delicately, in a strong and matured manner.

Looking at it in hindsight, if my understanding of the law is right (happy to be corrected), if a real case proceeding happens and points argued, the only person who will be free is Imlie (inspite of being a culprit morally, she is perhaps going to be termed a victim of bigamy). Aditya will go to jail on charges of Bigamy and Malini on the current case (unless it is proved that nothing happened that night). Frankly, I want Dev Chaturvedi too, to be punished. Anu Chaturvedi's hurt is much more and older.

There wont be justice but everything will be sorted lawfully.

I cannot believe that shows aired today do not comply to the social fabric and morality. Our society today is far more progressive and accepting of new ideas and what are we fed with?

Well, I guess its about time the channel, makers build content thats more sensible and pertinent.

I mean you can hardly find a relatable character today in ITV (only few exceptions but definitely not from star plus) and by relatable I don’t mean it has to be relevant to me but atleast characters who we can empathise. And this typical vamp route is so cliched, no one is so binary, people are grey with real hurts and traumas behind them. All the serials female leads are so busy fighting sindhoor i think don’t these ppl get fed up or have some sense of self respect, it’s so ridiculous.

hey thanks for your post. I’m not opposed to AdiLie, I mean that’s the story right them getting married forcibly while he was already in relationship. i knew malini was getting hurt, but what really irked me was how he has written off his entire relationship. I’m sorry but I really dislike his character.

The makers are plain lazy and i guess it helps that the audience also lap it up eagerly when you have party to blame and point fingers. It’s like see i told you so, she was evil from start and hence AdiLie did no wrong and Sita Mayya the ultimate brought them together. The eagerness with how everyone jumped to lap up the evil malini itself is why our ITV does typical vamp routes. They can’t fanthom a scenario where all parties can be grey and can have individual journeys.

Honestly was not a malini fan from day 1. Was Adilie fan. But I agree with you. They could have given her a decent arc. She should have put a case on Adhi. Held him accountable instead we get the vamp story where the other female is at fault not the guy that married you and cheated!

They could have shown Adhi as more remorseful rather he just friended her after that made up story of Kunal Chauhan! He had a character arc which is totally destroyed now.

Ya I am not saying she doesn't suck. Even before she turned into a vamp she just has the sadma feels that was irritating.

But Adhi sucks more than her! He should be accountable for his actions. He got a free pass from HER! What the hell. She makes Imlie accountable but not him. Coming to him at first I thought atleast he is nice husband to Imlie but he is worse! He just talks the talk but doesn't follow through or do anything.

And coming to Imlie.... they just turned her into a doormat to be abused even for her Mahan work. What the hell she is doing in that house is beyond me. No self respect only husband (who treats u like crap) is everything. I will spare myself typing at this point. .

Conclusion is all 3 are bash worthy not just Malini

Honestly no whitewashing for DD and hope that the truth is out in public and Adi and she both get punished …
