Hotstar query for US - Page 4

Could this not have taken place a few weeks ago when the focus was on Dd, would have made it easier to transition to the new platform for us viewers, learning to navigate the new UI. 😆

This week has been very eventful to say the least. 🤣

I think old episodes will migrate to Hulu. Aug 15 to ApSep 1 has already moved to Hulu.. They will move the rest. They want viewers who start watching now to be able to watch backstory. The logical thing to do. But logic ko chodkar viswas par chalna hai.

Has anyone been able to get subtitles for the Hotstar serials on Hulu platform?? The subtitles option is turned on, but there are NO subtitles!! There are so many viewers in the US that rely on the sutitles!! Hotstar/Starplus always had sutitles!! If they move the content at least give us the same service!! I contacted Hotstar, hopefully they will fix it soon!!

Na subtitles hai na quality. It's like watching it on those shady sites 😆

I hope they add subs soon.. very convienent although I can speak Hindi but still I like having them on

The episodes are being uploaded about 5 hrs after release by hotstar in india. I noticed the trend is between 10 30 pm and 12 am pst. Lot of people tweeting to hotstar usa to add subtitles, improve vdo quality and air at the same time as hotstar. Lets hope for the best.

I did get a response from hotstar to my email. They said

“We would like to inform you that we have shared your feedback with the relevant team for their review. Meanwhile we appreciate your patience.”

I hope they will take some action soon!!

Seems like episode 246 (Aug 28th) is missing from Hulu from the recently moved E235 onwards. Did anyone else notice that??

Now US viewers have to wait past midnight 🙄

Sky Utsav Hotstar Catch-up in the UK only have 7 uncensored shows including censored Lite family drama shows as uncensored they can get away with running at a time and you have to wait a entire 4 days late after the censored one airs for it and you have to wait for 1:30 - 2:00 random times for the upload to appear on your Sky + HD or Q Hotstar Catch-up TV Sky Folder if you ever read my ramblings so far.
