Deviation and all I don't know but they have already stretched the limits of our patience vis a vis Didi crap being forcibly inserted without rhyme or reason.....not sure now much longer we can tolerate even for the sake of watching Adi-Imlie.

Adi-Imlie are a unit for now, yes....but Imlie ka woh dialogue about how her and Adi will always be together does foreshadow ki ho sakta hai aage seperation for whatever reason.....lol since divorce seems to have gotten punted again, who knows what gimmicky twist is being planned by the makers.......aage ke saare BTS just indicate another Didi filled week coming up with her being inserted into every scene.....toh ab kya dekhne ke liye baithein hum? 🤔

Most of their fights always go like this only.....he says something to her bluntly (which many times is the harsh truth that she can't face) and then later on he goes and says a token sorry which she accepts after doing some meethi chhuri taunts......woh admission form ka fight was also like this only where she just kept going on and on about "ek sorry bolne se sab theek ho jaayega?".....arey if you think his sorrys are meaningless, why do you even WANT them, you psycho aurat?

So WHY doesn't Adi for once and for all say ki theek hai nahin bolta main sorry......bhaad mein jaao....KAASH yaar.....KAASH.....matlab kya bakwaas hai ki bas yeh KHOKHLE Sorrys wala rishta chalaate raho aise hi.....Adi ko aadat ho gayi hai of just doing automatic sorrys to her and he also seems to not see the problem with how that has made her feel more entitled to it too.

He did one wrong thing and now that has painted him a permanent culprit in the story ki kisi bhi random cheez pe bas sorry hi bolte raho in guilt all your life? Aise toh koi bhi nahin jee sakta phir bhai......

This is only happening because makers want to show it that way. Warna Adi jaisa banda hain agar ek baar koi uske dil se utar jaaye, toh he doesn't give a damn about them.

Bizzarely Adi was never the one who pandered to Didi in whatever small time they did show of them before Adi's 1st PD trip. I mean this is the guy who couldn't even be bothered about his own marriage & was not even present when the rishta got fixed. If it was anyone else other than Didi, they would have dumped Adi like a hot potato long back. But because of Didi ki weird obsession with Adi, she stuck to him.

Adi only beacme more obliged towards Didi after his marriage to Imlie. The guilt of somehow breaking his commitment to Didi made him pander to her. And this is the guilt that the writers still use to let Adi give a free pass to Didi for everything. That is why they have to show him grovel & apologize to Didi even when there is no need. And rest of the time he has no faraks to give to her. That is why everything about their gehri dosti is also token. Both of them are not friends at all. But faltu ka pretention karna hai. No body is buying into it.

Didi is being given a free pass to twist the facts as she wants to because no one pushes back on her twisted version of the events that actually took place😕......isne bol diya ki maine divorce initiate kiya cuz it's more important for Adi and that now seems to be taken as fact.....lol when that just wasn't the case......she put the wheels in motion cuz of her own anger to save face and now Adi is simply requesting her to see the divorce through....so then how does the divorce become more important for him alone? lol

I've also wondered about why Adi doesn't have his own legal counsel....lol is that just to show ki he is THAT indifferent about the divorce and couldn't care less kaise hota hai?😆......well that is as usual leaving him vulnerable to being manipulated by Didi....now she can twist the narrative, the timeline of the divorce as per her whims.....and wohi ho raha hai......but he will still not be bothered cuz he thinks Malini is innocent mahaan devi who is doing so much for him and Imlie😆

Why would audience forget what we have watched? Hadd hai ki writers ki convenience ke liye we are supposed to forget what was actually shown in the show.

Frankly I am now stuck to the show only because there is nothing better to watch on ITV. Adi-Imlie is compelling but it is not enough to sit through the Didi bhakti bakwaas. Daily my tolerance for Didi crap reduces drastically. As soon as I find some new ITV show dhang ka I will probably drop this show. What is the use of us watching it for even Adi-Imlie if everything is eventually going to be about Didi & her so called mahanta? It is so rare to get happy Adi-Imlie moments in the show & then they are made to guilt trip about being happy as well.

LOL dil se utarne ke liye bhi koi pehle dil mein ho toh sahi😆.....when was Malini ever REALLY in his heart ki woh heart se utarti? 😆.....isliye toh yeh tokenism drag on ho raha hai.....cuz agar really koi dil se utarta toh insaan itni aasaani se unke saath yeh tokenism nahin kar leta.

Before 1st PD trip wala Adi was just in love with his work....Malini was a clear afterthought and hi/hello type companion.....no normal woman would bother with being such an afterthought in a guy's life....but Didi ko obsession tha day one se for whatever shallow reason....and after coming from PD, all Adi did was feel guilt/obligation towards her one-sided "love".....usi ke liye overcompensation kiya itne time tak.....

It really is a miracle that he managed to even admit he never loved Malini....not that it made any difference for the story from the Didi side.....she and her bhakts still go around acting like Adi did love her and then changed his mind later......and Adi himself doesn't push back on it enough for it to register on everyone.....lol....so now we've reached the point where she gets to act like SHE is "setting him free"😕😆.....even though reality is that the choice was already out of her hands from the moment he declared Imlie to be his only wife and the one he loves.

Gehri dosti toh is another level of farce.....lol but all we get are token dialogues from AC which basically just mouth bakwaas for the heck of it to guilt trip Adi.....kal usko point out kar diya ki dost dost ko samajhta hai toh now he will overcompensate in "dosti" to show to Malini that he does supposedly care for her as a friend😆.....the level of entitlement in Loservedis remains unmatched.....khud jaakar dusro ko zaleel karo and aage se unse puchho tum dosti kyun nahin nibhaate😕.....but anyways, Adi deserves this for continuing to pander to Loservedis in his life *shrugs*

Fandom is too extreme. I toh have stopped reading other threads daily. Just visit our thread & spoiler thread & sometimes CC if something from spoiler thread needs to be discussed. Otherwise the hyper reaction about the competition & the elder Ts is too much to handle. Kyu khud ka dimaag kharab kare.

Sometimes on Sunday when I get time then I read through the other threads for TP & laughs. Otherwise the extreme views of the fandom has made it impossible to have dhang ke discussions.

As you said the pay off for Adi-Imlie is not worth it when the makers want to shove Didi bhakti down our throat. And it is not as if the show makers don't know the fandom's extreme dislike for Didi. But they are secure because they know that jaisa bhi show hai it's content is relatively better than other ITV shows. Jo baseline fans hai show ke execution ke will still stick with it since nothing better is out there.

I don't know what will finally make them tone down the Didi bhakti. She is a flawed human. Let her stay human. And please show someone calling out her faults without groveling afterwards about it.

Ditto.....kal ka episode again has put me in the zone of wanting to start skipping episodes😆.....I'd done that in between pehle also and Fary was dragging me back to watching the epis warna meri himmat beech mein jawaab de chuki thi😆

Ab shaayad phir se skip maarna pade if Didi bakwaas hi hai on the horizon....can tune back in if/whenever Adi-Imlie get something coherent or poignant.
