Well there are things which are morally wrong and legally wrong. In this case this marriage can be termed as a forced contract under influence. But unless reported by victims or the witnesses it cannot be nullified. Laws are formed on morals but everything that is immoral is not illegal. If what you state can be termed as illegal, 80 out of 100 marriages can be called illegal as most of them are forced by situations or emotional pressure.

When did she saw her husband romancing?

She attempted suicide on the basis of assumption.

Again, I am not saying Aditya is right or Malini is wrong in questioning him. BUT if she has doubts, she too didn't directly questioned Aditya about Imlie. Instead she chose to berate a girl for something silly like a coward, instead of calling out on them.

If Aditya hadn't been upfront, Malini is no less, specially after suicide attempt.

If she wants to vent out, vent out all you can, but on your husband, instead of calling out a girl who you earlier called little sister and now degrading her by calling naukrani.

That's why she is called closet classist.

Well for Imlie, she is any day more realistic and consistent than malini. About sindur drama, see didi ji isn't less obsess with singer, here Imlie still belongs to a regressive village, where these things matter.

Malini - loved her best friend , they both dated each other for past 7 years and thought about getting married.
Suddenly Aditya met a tragedy and boom he had to marry this lil girl.

He failed to speak the truth and married his girlfriend whome he wanted to marry.
( if he never felt love, or if there was something between imlie and Adi then why couldn’t he stop himself from getting married to Malini? )

This is Injustice with Malinis character as well.
malini was the one who supported online, who made Aditya realise about imlies innocence and in return people expect Malini do let Aditya n Imlie romance togehtger?

I geniunely have started disliking Adi’s character like wow what a sudden change? and how convincingly he is aware about his responsibilities towards imlie , but not Malini?

He made mistake, he can’t let Malini suffer.
imlis also deserves her rights, but isn’t imlie was more into becoming an officer and achieving more life goals rather marraige?

1. Imlie is unrelatable and unrealistic. Period. Do you know of any grown woman who behaves like she does? Jump on vegetable carts? Overact to that extent? And her antics are more socially awkward and weird than quirky and adorable. Nobody is like that in real life. She crosses the line all the time. I can bet noone here has met a girl like Imlie in real life, because she is actually an actor playing a “character” than an actual and relatable person inspired from real life like Malini.
2. Would you have the same feelings about Imlie if Aditya was your husband? Its easy to excuse Imlie from the sidelines but imagine actually suffering because of her actions. Like objectively? Malini if anything is not reacting enough and holding back a lot.
3. What do you mean Imlie is self sacrificing!? LOL if she was self sacrificing she would never have come back to the tripathi house and left the hostel. She wouldn’t have given in to aditya’s advances and never have eyed him in the wrong way in the first place. And shes supposed to be “strong” right? So as a “strong” and “self sacrificing” woman she should have stood her ground and removed herself COMPLETELY from Aditya and Malini’s life. I am sorry but romancing Aditya behind Malini’s back is not self sacrificing.

It's not what you or me believe

Forced marriages are serious crimes and cannot be termed legal just to suit your thinking

There are many minors and adult girls forcefully married to ppl without their consent....thank god the law recognizes this is illegal and these victims get a chance of freedom

So it doesn't matter how much this fandom supports adilie....their marriage is not legal but outright criminal offense

And for those you call out Malini as being 'classist'....if she is that then this makes Imli the most manipulative shrewd and conniving person...how the entire T house revovles around her and her antics
