Totally agree with you that he does not regret getting her home but the way he got her home without the correct rights. I think that bit came from listening to Malini calling her random girl, outsider and naukrani. All of which struck him and he could not defend it or counter it because of the vachan.

Again, the makers cramped so many things in this episode but one of the things that was long overdue was Aditya admitting was that it was his fault not kismat for this mess and he needs to rectify it. It was dil ko sukoon moment for me because if at that time he would have listened to kismat, then of sukoon milta not ghuton as he claimed.

Aditya is passed the point where he feels anything for Malini, even the friendship bit is almost wiped out and now he wants only freedom. Freedom to defend and protect Imlie which he was so helpless to do today due to circumstances.

Word on the makers cramming a lot into this epi😆. Watching Didi is so draining ki even the calmer/nicer bits with Adi-Imlie don't register as much as they should cuz it was a nice scene today.

As you said, aaj Adi inched toward accepting he can't blame it all on kismat, he has to accept his own mistakes and move towards correcting them.....I liked how he said ki sabse mushkil kaam hota hai apni galtiyon ko maanna....and that is what he wants to go and do now. Haan woh baat aur hai ki mauka aaya tha but he still kicked the can down the road😆....but atleast khayaal toh aaya na mann mein?

Yehi farak hai between him and Malini no matter how much Malini keeps trying to compare her actions to his as she feels entitled to misbehave.....difference yeh hai ki Adi's conscience has always still kept him grounded....it has always managed to bring him back on track somehow even if he has made mistakes or hurt others in his own frustrations. Malini is incapable of this.....she literally has no personality of her own I now feel....kabhi Imlie ko dekha toh uska kuch copy kar liya like that Mankua thing....kabhi apni Maa se cheezein copy karke unke words repeat kar liye....now she's claiming she's just mirroring what Adi used to do in terms of badtameezi😕.....Didi ka khud ka kuch hai bhi ki bas baaki logon ke mix and match personality traits hi aise khichdi banaa ke sab pe maarne hain? Copying mein bhi faltu hi hain Didi....dhang se kisi ko copy bhi nahin kar paati....half-assed imitations of all the people she is claiming to be "inspired" by.

I think what he meant was he should Have brought her home as his wife with full rights and told the truth to everyone. he will never change his mind about Imilie. It’s going to be a long journey with a lot of drama before everything is sorted but Adi is clear in who his wife and nothing is going to change that 🥰

And if she realizes that Adi only listens to Imlie, then why not bother mending fences with Imlie even for her own selfish reasons so that she can manipulate Imlie to get Adi to do what she wants?....woh bhi nahin kiya....she was still doing token formal response to Imlie in the morning like raat ko itni saari bakwaas nahin ki uske baare mein.....if the writers are expecting us to just forget Malini ka bakwaas just like Imlie seems to, they are mistaken.

Yeah, I think this break is badly needed for both Adi and for us.....he is getting no time to breathe or reflect about how to sort out this mess....atleast today he acknowledged that he will have to fix this since he's the one who's made the mistakes that led to all this. Didi doesn't let anyone's brain function with her bakwaas so please keep her away for a bit.

I think the family might indeed start to give some breathing room to Adi cuz Aparna looked quite affected by the way he said he's suffocating in that room with Malini.

@bold - we have seen that no? There was never any love there. Agar hota toh she would never have done the thrashing around that she’s done so far. She would have definitely not crossed the lines that she did today. Who throws sindoor like that? Even if it is not yours. And who gives away sindoor like that? Especially your own? Those actions are blaring signals ki her sole purpose of staying in the relationship is plain entitlement - one she has seen her mother use on her father. One where she thinks she has done some ehsaan on Aditya and the Ts by agreeing to get married into them. Dev folds his tail and returns every single time toh she thinks Aditya will too. Mujhe haq diya toh mera rahega. Second aayi hai jab pata chalega, that is when it will lose its sheen.

With Imlie I think she knows where her buttons are. She thinks it’s coming from a place of poverty which is why she thinks Imlie will roll over and do what needs to be done anyway. Toh why take the effort to mend fences when keeping her subservient and scared does that anyway. There is no way anyone is forgetting the bakwaas that Malini has been the last one week. I do not get how anyone thought this would garner even one second of sympathy for her. Bas TV ke andar ghus ke chamaat marne ka mann karta hai ab.

One more emotionally draining episode but the story is progressing well. Let me start with a small happy dance that my dream came true. Only this morning in your thread, I was jokingly saying what if did tries to guilt trip by saying she would go to her mayka and Adi agrees immediately...lo and behold, it happened today. Hope did stays in her mayka for quite some time and not 2days like last time. Please give some breathing room to Adi and Imlie. Par Imlie ko apni paire pe kulladi marna bahut pasand hey, tho we Adi ko manvake hi rahegi didi ko vapas ane tak.. But this guy to going to stick to the sofa till Malini is in that room.

Felt so so bad for Imlie today, poor girl was totally drained out. I thought she would collapse at the end of all that argument. But even after going over all that, she gave her blanket to Adi and slept without one. Such a selfless and caring soul. I wish they showed us that bit instead of leaving it to our imagination.

Like any other Adilie scene, the morning scene is very meaningful, few things I liked

1. Adi agreeing that he should not have forced her to come back with him from hostel, he realized he should have sorted all this mess before bringing her back. Malini disrespected Imlie a lot and called her naukrani and what not but Adi couldn't scream and tell them all that she is his wife, the bahu of the house.

2. Adi accepting that it is all his doing and he cannot blame kismat anymore

3. Adi confiding in Imlie before going to tell the truth to Malini. imlie is his strength (as well as his weakness)

It is so heart breaking to see Imlie holding SM and sleeping. Looks like the girl cried the whole night. I want to give her tons of hugs today before I scream at her idiocy tomorrow.

In a way I think Adi deserves Malini. If I go back and see scenes where he is lovey dovry to her and treating imlie bad. I wish Adi suffers with Malini that is his karma.

Yeh lo caps for all .. it was so.subtle but so beautiful to see. I don't think he even realized it as such when he woke up but poor girl at some point gave him that blanket so he could sleep. I loved that tiniest sa subtle sa touch.. so much apnaiyat in it while she is all alone all sukdi hui with her SM .. yet his comfort his sukoon her priority . Matlab itna sabke baad bhi the girl is worried about him
