A few bits that I am trying to remember as I recover from the draining feeling of watching Didi ka intolerable bakwaas:
1) The symbolism of Malini throwing that sindoor and Imlie immediately rushing to sameto it.....Imlie will always be the one who tries to keep things together while Malini callously tries to tear down things
+1000. Imlie has always been the one to take the higher road to sambhalo relationships. She was the one who literally let go of her rights as a wife so that Adi-Malini can marry & both the families can stay happy. Malini on the other hand is the tantrum throwing princess who will break things that she once treasured, case in point, the sindoor ka QM.
2) Imlie sleeping with the Sita Maiyya ki murti clutched in her hands all night.....sigh
I just wanted to give her a big 🤗 & ask her to cry out all her pain. She was in so much pain, hurt, guilt & shame. Thank god for SM who will ensure that her bff Imlie is happy in the long term❤️.
3) Notably, despite all the begging for maafi that she did in front of Didi, Imlie never once said ki achha if you want, main sindoor nahin lagaaungi😆
+1000. Imlie did say that her zidd was galat but she never said that I will not put sindoor again. She was blaming herself for the way the issue got escalated but not for lagoing the sindoor.
4) Adi was notably reluctant to go after Malini both times....the first time, his feet were literally rooted to the spot and he kept staring at Imlie's crying face even as his Mom kept asking him to go after Malini....finally he only budged with great reluctance but his expression again said he'd rather do anything but that.....the second time, his mom also couldn't make him go and he just stated his suffocation explicitly, refusing to spend another night in a room with Malini.
Adi took a stand today &he didn't back off even under pressure from Imlie & family. He went the first time looking at Imlie's hurt face but that was also not to maango maafi but to continue the confrontation😆. The second time he just let out the visceral truth that he won't go to manao Malini because he is suffocating in the relationship💔.
5) Malini tried to twist the argument many times but Adi wasn't having it....he kept trying to bring it back to the main point that the issue is not about what Imlie did but how Malini is speaking.....only he has the capacity to cut through her bullshit if others would let him.....left to themselves, Adi-Malini can easily end it in 5 minutes....Adi has no patience for her faltu games anymore and she is deluded to think her abusive tantrums will gain her any sympathy.
Oh Didi was all over the place in her arguments to justify her behaviour. She literally went from Japan to China in the argument but Adi stuck to his point. He was ready to end the relationship right there & then. Only Imlie's scream of distress stopped him. Didi is really delusional if she thinks Adi is now going to bend over backwards to manao her because of her tantrums.
6) Nishant is on the track to learning the truth soon most likely
Yes. Looks like at least Nishant will find out the truth soon. He reflected on the correct memory today of Adi having a secret related to PD & noticing the undercurrent between Adi-Imlie.
7) I really REALLY hope this break stretches out for a bit and it's not Didi ka faltu two days ka drama and back to expectations ki Adi use ghar laakar sab theek kar dega.....let the break stretch out and let the family see how happy Adi actually is when she ISN'T there.
If Malini Didi leaves then she is leaving for good. Adi toh definitely is not going to bring her back. Either she will come back on her own or family will try & bring her back. Or else she will take an even more extreme step of self harming herself. Anything is possible with Didi.
