LOL you guys, I liked tum dono ka mention of "lag jaa gale" but I kept forgetting to respond. 😆

Koi doubt nahin hai that the scene totally had a "lag jaa gale" feel to it.....the irony is that Gul has used this song as the backdrop in her other shows a bunch of times too but I don't think it EVER fit this well cuz yeh kuch aur hi level ka parting wala angst tha between Adi-Imlie.

Exactly. This guy who can’t even bring himself to eat without her, he certainly won’t be at peace lol. But I think he’ll try to sameto the raita he phailaooed though cuz he has managed to attain a semblance of peace by clarifying his rishta with Imlie.. I don’t expect him to be angry at everyone.

Yeah, his rishta with Malini will be token as before. But I don’t think he’ll bother coddling her as much.

To watch this show, it's best to adjust expectations that things are not shown in the typical manner of ITV here where SR is treated like some 5-star event....characters don't need a formal SR to prove they have consummated.....and as was shown in the scene in yesterday's epi, characters don't even need a formal "I love you" to prove the depth of their love.

+10000 how the hell does it even matter .. this is 2021 not 1921 for God sake.. why do everyone has to pretend we live in an age where in real lives too people never have had relationships with other people aur ek saath and aab pure virgins milte hain.. does any of it matter anymore ke kaun kab kiske saatg have been.. as far as 2 people are honest with each other and decide to live together from point none if it matter ke who was the first and if they ever did anything or no.. high time people should stop asking irrelevant questions for the sake of it and act like people who belong to this generation and have seen relationships around them in real lives .. 🤷‍♀️

You know as much as it did fit the situation I was also glad ke woh use nahi kia .. caz bohat obv ho jaata I think piya tose milne suited even better and fresh tha woh warna har koi lag jaa gale Chipka deta hai har kisi pe😆

Same to same 👍🏼...i could only thing about this song the whole time especially because of Aditya's words... that mulaqat phir na ho so lets experience these moments together as we might not get them ever again..... .... Chalo, I am happy, I am not the only one 😆

So I just thought of something- Malini will have to bear the brunt of two truths- Imlie being her half sister and Adi's first wife and now his life (socha main bhi cheesy ho lun..;)). Going by the drama factor of both those incidents it is very likely that she will find out Dev's truth first. I know I am speculating, but maybe this will push the Imlie and Adi ka truth even further. I can totally see Dev folding his hands in front of Imlie to save Professor ki shaadi!

Oh what a mess BBS and Dev uncle have created!

Roger that... I think the music really brought out the poignancy and serenity to its max level but I think they set up the scene to give that "lag jaa gale" feel with the words and actions,

Btw am I thinking too much or again that shot of imlie avoiding the stone and going around it and adi stepping over it was imlie trying to dodge the hurdle just by a bit she will be trying to.avoid it while adi will take it head on and will have to step over it.. or was that just aesthetics

Majnu toh waise ITV pe sooner or later sab MLs ban jaate hain but Babusahib ki intensity in this mode is something else😆.....especially considering how long he's pushed her away and hurt her. That guy was following Imlie around like this even after she kept telling him to leave😆....as you said, woh determination they showed in him.....he just gets pulled along when it comes to Imlie. Woh kuch karti bhi nahin and he's floating around behind her like he doesn't know what else to do with himself😆

Seconding you both.....even though the Lag jaa gale lines suit them, nothing beats the feel of Piya tose milne and Sajna ho sajna on their scenes.
