Re: Malini, I think it would be mess either ways because the issue with her is not marriage with Imlie but incompatibility. The wreckage of that relationship should be joint responsibility of Aditya and Malini because they did not put in the effort to understand the other before entering into the sanctity of marriage. It is a huge thing to accept a failed relationship and very easy to blame it on external factors in this case Imlie. But each one of them has to realize that the responsibility of that failed relationship is not his marriage to Imlie, for true healing to take place.

The wreck I was referring to with respect to Malini is Aditya going through with the second marriage and Imlie giving up at the nth moment. The circumstances were pretty messed up so I give them that but they were culpable there. And in the future when Aditya decides he loves Imlie and wants to come out, holding on to the truth from being revealed then as well is not going to be right.

As far as Aditya and Malini and their equation is concerned, Imlie is never going to be responsible for that breakdown. That was apparent from the car incident itself. They are plain unsuited for one another.

Imlie likely won't go back with him but I think she will land up in Delhi within a few days so itna gap nahin hoga😆.....initially yeh Majnu patrakaar might be chasing her around at her hostel for a bit before finding a way to get her back. I just currently don't see a scenario for her to go back with him after all these recent convos. She will show up on her own for her studies...if she goes back with him now, he will expect she stay at his house and she's firm right now on not doing that.....unless some family emergency is shown to crop up...lol

I think the makers are playing a double game to keep us guessing.

@bold: I think they are giving us hints ki her exams are not over yet and the hostel yesterday. Unless they play cinematic liberty with her exams like they did when she landed in PD, she might stay back because Aditya will never compromise with her studies. But then we have NN and the goondas and the gaonwalas who are questioning her marriage, so will they let her stay back? So it might happen as you say but I still want her to go back. Like T's, I cannot jhello Malini drama without Imlie.

I did see an insta post of the editor on the phone so may be he will call Aditya and tell him how "pareshan" everybody at his house that might finally make him realize that he has another family who is waiting for him (He is conveniently forgotten about them). In a way, the separation is good as the first separation got us here, in a way it is not 😒

You know what would be popcorn worthy entertainment. 😆 It would be @red. Imile samne hain and he cannot do anything about it. The guy who is capable of moving mountains to get what he wants will have to deny himself his most cherished thing. That struggle would be karma for everything he has put Imlie through in his house.

I would not call Imlie culpable because she was just following Aditya's lead and she gave up for everybody's happiness. Malini, Aditya and the family's because she did not want to be selfish by only choosing her own happiness in that moment. At that time Aditya was very firm on where his happiness lied and that was Malini. So one can call her a partner in crime but the actual person that I would always hold responsible is Aditya.

Now, for Aditya as he said, till date it was fight of truth and false. All he was thinking was that he is hiding a truth and no emotions were involved so it was Ok. If and when he will have to tell the truth, Malini will understand because emotionally he was not involved.(**rolling my eyes here at BBS **) Now its a different ball game. Now its a fight between love and responsibility . If after going back, as you said when he fully accepts that he is not emotionally invested in that relationship and he holds on the truth, then he would be the actual culprit.

Also, you just have to look at Aditya to see how smitten he used to look during the marriage rituals and also during the PDA 's that they have put us through.

Oh agree on the Aditya bit. There was never any doubt on that front at all.

The way I see it, the degree of their responsibility for the mess varies. Right now the scale is tipping more on Aditya because he decided to hide the truth and Imlie followed his lead. It will balance out when Imlie will be the reason the truth gets hidden once realization sets in. I do not think Aditya will want to hide anything then.

If I can sum up this epi in one line, I’d say that Adi has given her the haq to his heart, body & soul. His heart- By telling her, “You’ve made a place in my heart.”. His body - by drawing her into that hug he gave her the right to touch him, as you guys have beautifully explained . His soul - By the culmination of that hug, their breaths leaving their body at the same time.

He’s given her the much needed clarification on her place in his life. That even if he can’t give her the status of his wife in public because he’s constrained by his relationship with Malini, he’s given her the ultimate HAQ by bestowing himself to her. Heart. Body. Soul.

I’m so dazed, it was just sooo dreamy.

Rain mein hi toh tha na hug, rain was in the backdrop behind that giant window.😛 Which made it all the more beautiful. :)

Mujhe kya pata kya karenge Babusahib.😆 I only have an inkling that he’s going to withdraw himself from others for a while...hopefully depression mein na chale jaaye lol.

But on the Malini front, I think he will make token concessions for her but distance himself from her also. Until someone else, probably circumstances, Maliki’s fragile state, or Imli herself, force him to still nibhao that rishta.

These are so lovely 😍 I loved these shots too just the determination that he felt the pull was somstrong truly like a moth to a flame as if he is having some outer body experience of sorts only just getting pulled

Btw am I thinking too much or again that shot of imlie avoiding the stone and going around it and adi stepping over it was imlie trying to dodge the hurdle just by a bit she will be trying to.avoid it while adi will take it head on and will have to step over it.. or was that just aesthetics

So you think Adi will withdraw from everyone? But he was kind of already doing that before he left for PD....so more of the same? Cuz even though he got his answers, Imlie toh nahin mili, so the restlessness should remain.
