Yes, it's the degree of space in his heart that they can now explore.....I was saying this in reply to one of Fary's posts somewhere in this thread too.....that Adi said ki Imlie has made a place in his heart but he still hasn't faced whether Malini still has the same place in his heart - whether she EVER had it. And then ultimately Adi realizing that Imlie doesn't just have a place in his heart - she has taken over his whole heart....maybe that's for the next phase.

LOL@ Delhi scenes being meaningless...yeah there wasn't much in this epi but I think it's worth keeping up with to see how exactly Malini will flip once Adi's back😆.....and the tamasha that AC will likely create tomorrow. This will continue to be another factor in Adi's guilt....when AC cracks the whip and says, "who will take care of MY daughter?", then Adi will come running to say ki he will😆....ZIMMEDAARI nibhaayega😆

@bold: Correct he has made peace with going back to Malini with or without Imlie but he is not the same person who came and that would be the next phase of realization for him. But is he really thinking that he can go back and be the same "moon jaap" Aditya. I highly doubt that now possible unless guilt is his motivator. So Malini might or might not get suspicious depending on what bubble she goes in. But without Imlie in picture, how is she going to connect, I mean how is AC going to connect Imlie to every action. . Now, Aditya has bank of flashbacks to do the comparison but Malini's insecurity is her trigger to make her come out of this happy girl phase and if she does not show that phase, Aditya will just keep going to keep going into this guilt box. That's where I am stuck with Imlie not going back.

Now in Imlie's mind thought she has a place in his heart, Malini is till the sole owner of it. So things have changed but things have not changed, so things to go in the next phase shouldn't they be together.

Plus Aditya without Imlie, in the T's house with the storm that AC is going to bring in, its just plain scary to even think about his reaction. Like you said he is a 0 to 100 kind of a guy, so either he is going to blast his way through or just be moot.

LOL yes, I can understand that everyone would prefer him and Malini hadn't consummated....but the fact is he did marry her and at that time, he did think he loved her and she's his wife. So logically there is no reason not to consummate......they spent every night in that room together.

These are very complicated relationships and situations and there will be no easy solutions😆

Re: Malini....but that's the thing....she's getting a free pass over a lot because the truth is being hidden from her. Adi's sin is the obviously bigger one cuz he committed the bigamy but all of this is glossing over Malini's contribution to the current mess too from even before Imlie came into Adi's life.....and then afterwards, her not having the guts to talk directly to Adi after each incident that showed what Imlie meant to him. So she will keep getting that free pass cuz at the end of the day, they have shown her as the legal wife in Delhi....and coming back to Delhi always puts Imlie at a disadvantage of not getting recognition as Adi's valid wife......without that recognition, people will always jump to the conclusion of some kind of illicit angle between them.

T family ka toh bura time shuru hone wala hai....they better brace themselves for daily tamaashe....lol

Re Kismat - there will be a flip there too I’m thinking. Imlie will now go back to denying destiny has a hand so sacrifice zindabad and Aditya will be all for believing in it. Like that man needs anymore signs at all 😆

The other thing that I was reminded of regarding Malini - what kind of a human being accepts the falsehood that her fiancée was joking about being forcefully married to someone from the village? Saying I got married to Sushmita Sen is a joke/ prank. Pointing out that I was married off to a girl who is currently staying in my house is a building full of alarms and far far off from a joke. Keeping aside her insecurity, obsession with Aditya aside, did she brush it off and accept it as a joke because Imlie is from the village? As in, how can, this educated man from my city be forced to do anything and why would he even entertain keeping her in his house even if he did so? And if that has been the thread throughout, despite her tall claims of bharosa etc, is her refusal to ask any questions cloaked under the truth that Imlie is from the village and hence no danger because, look at me and my qualifications. If that is the case, Malini’s pride is what is going to take a beating first and foremost. Everything else will come later.

On the purgatory, a very apt choice of word there. Both Aditya and Imlie have to live through the suffering from their lies, experience pain and remorse to finally be able to get the necessary mercy needed in order to lead their lives happily for eternity. The pain part has just started. Remorse will set in once they realize what they actually did by dragging Malini into this wreck. Mercy will follow once their truth is out in the open.

Whoever wrote this story, in whatever language, has every reason to feel proud. It is such a solemn telling of the complexities of relationships.

Word... Today they officially became equal partners in this relationship. Till date it was Aditya who decided and Imlie followed but henceforth, they are partners in all phases of life.

Re: Malini, I think it would be mess either ways because the issue with her is not marriage with Imlie but incompatibility. The wreckage of that relationship should be joint responsibility of Aditya and Malini because they did not put in the effort to understand the other before entering into the sanctity of marriage. It is a huge thing to accept a failed relationship and very easy to blame it on external factors in this case Imlie. But each one of them has to realize that the responsibility of that failed relationship is not his marriage to Imlie, for true healing to take place.

She is a selective memory person! she just dismiss and brush any memory that she don't want to address and question coz she don't want to accept the answer and afraid of it ruining the happy picture in her mind!

She is the only one who can collect the clues but she don't want to do so

I think Malini is just oblivious to everything in front of her blind "love" for Aditya. I don't think she discriminates against Imlie even subconsciously. Uski train ek hi patri pe chalat hai. But oblivious-ness ki bhi hadd hoti hai. If my fiance told me what Aditya told her, my senses would be on red alert. Like you said there was nothing funny about a forced marriage to a girl who also happens to have followed him home to be the new maid.

Short answer is no😆.....I think he may attempt to pull on his usual mask in front of the family and Malini but as we saw before he left for PD, that was already a losing battle for him.

If he returns without Imlie, he will have returned still without fully having his peace of mind. He has admitted Imlie is his ZAROORAT.....how do you function without your need? Least of all a guy like Adi who is hardly used to denying himself something he wants😆.....so yeah I feel even if he tries to do Moon jaap and give her the basic hug/pat on the head, it will look half-hearted...especially compared to the way he was laying it on thick before......lol

Imlie likely won't go back with him but I think she will land up in Delhi within a few days so itna gap nahin hoga😆.....initially yeh Majnu patrakaar might be chasing her around at her hostel for a bit before finding a way to get her back. I just currently don't see a scenario for her to go back with him after all these recent convos. She will show up on her own for her studies...if she goes back with him now, he will expect she stay at his house and she's firm right now on not doing that.....unless some family emergency is shown to crop up...lol

I understand your concern but logically they have been together for 7 years. In this day and age, do you really think that they would waited for SR night to consummate. 😛Ok, let says they did wait, so after waiting for 7 years, do you think they would have the patience to wait for one more day 😆 and its been months since they are married. There is no reason not to because Aditya believed he loved her and she him. Also, you just have to look at Aditya to see how smitten he used to look during the marriage rituals and also during the PDA 's that they have put us through.

If I can sum up this epi in one line, I’d say that Adi has given her the haq to his heart, body & soul. His heart- By telling her, “You’ve made a place in my heart.”. His body - by drawing her into that hug he gave her the right to touch him, as you guys have beautifully explained . His soul - By the culmination of that hug, their breaths leaving their body at the same time.

He’s given her the much needed clarification on her place in his life. That even if he can’t give her the status of his wife in public because he’s constrained by his relationship with Malini, he’s given her the ultimate HAQ by bestowing himself to her. Heart. Body. Soul.

I’m so dazed, it was just sooo dreamy.
