This was no doubt the most intense and poignant moment of the epi.....and such a summary of Adi's emotions in that moment.....first, Imlie is the one who soothes his hurt and you can see how she acutely feels his pain in that moment

Then the same guy who was claiming kuch nahin badlaa, couldn't even let go of her HAND from his when she asked him to leave😆

His FACE when she asked him to leave😆.....by the end there was like that mutinous gussa and hurt in his eyes like how could she ask me to leave🤣

As for Malini....if I go by the contrast they are setting up, then yes, Malini is right now chaos and destruction personified while Adi-Imlie are shown constantly building/guarding/protecting their rishta from all storms....that is what the guarding of the diya symbolized today as well....that they are coming out stronger with every test....and getting blessed by the Gods.

@bold - it’s as if he’s still looking for a verbal validation of some sort. As though - how dare she ask me to leave knowing the ghutan not being with her causes me.

These two will do everything only for the other but not realize what that really means. Such breathtaking naïveté

Forgot to mention I loved the little bit in the last scene where he again uses his authority and dikhaoes imlie aankhein ke NN se bhi tameez se behave karo hahab so much haq in his imlie behave 🤣😆 when Imlie isn't listening to.kithi also but settles at his imlie.. babusahib again super conflicted but kinda relaxed too hearing ke yeh rishta will last long thanks to dia burning for so long

My fav fav moments too.. just look at this guy 😆 and the range of emotions here one sec he is jhatpataooing caz of his physical dard looking at her expecting to get the comforting and her doing that for him washing his pain off but then lagaooing an emotional chot by her simple maybe it is time for you to go caz you are getting consumed and only getting more tangled in the web best to leave before things go even more out of hand and it will be impossible to get out warning him and everything shifting inside him suddenly the physical pain does not matter anymore woh emotional dhakka is too much and he resists that by holding onto her hand to let her know ke yeh woh kar nahi sakta and karna nahi chahta that his wish is very well to stay here doing whatever he is doing caz that is what gives him sukoon to making those angry faces like a kid and finally naraaz hoke letting go

Point to be noted again imlie barely left for say 4, 5 mins and he got restless again ke jhalli kahan chali gayi.. this is the man who thinks he can live without her and it is just temporary restlessness and attachment caz he is with her sure sure koi bhi temporary ke liye aise nahi haath Jala ke bhaitha... beautifully done metaphors today and foreshadowing on how much he will insist on holding on and protecting his bond with imlie she may resign herself and accept it as her destiny and fate and might even manage to live on her own but isse hi nahi hoga.. he will fight till the very end till he gets what he wants. once again imlie being shown so much emotionally and mentally stronger than this pahaad jaise patrakar sahib who is so emotionally vulnerable that just the thought of this coming to an end make him behave like a kid wanting to keep his fav thing with him the way he makes though pleading puppy eyes to her wanting to keep her close awww

@bold: Haha good points.....yes, for all his lame denials today again, his haalat over any talk of Imlie being away from him or Imlie actually leaving for 5 minutes was enough to kholo his pol😆

All of this now makes me think ki seperation scene toh banta hai iske baad.....or he still won't get the whole point ki issue hi yehi hai ki woh Imlie ke bina nahin reh sakta.....he's still in his delusion ki woh "baat khatam" karne aaya tha🤣.....I guess he thinks baat khatam ho gayi? 🤔😆....so sab kuch pehle jaisa ho jaayega? hahahaha

Loved your write up and the episode. The frame where he does not let go of Imlie's hand was so brilliant! GM nailed that scene - Oh it is gonna be one helluva a ride.

Even I wonder about that....he keeps trying to ask her in roundabout ways why this rishta is so important to her....I think he wants her to say that it's cuz HE matters to her....not just as her suhaag....but Adi the person😆.....he's either trying to solve the puzzle that Imlie is or he wants validation subconsciously....or maybe both😆

But Imlie always keeps it to the point...."I believe in this rishta but I don't have any expectations and I'll be content regardless, you please go back and live your life happily with Malini didi😆".....I think he's hoping for a different answer than that but he doesn't get it😆

He himself talks of how there is nothing for him to stay back for while tears stream down his face 😆.....naivete or obtuseness....lol dunno what to call it now.

Kal AC jayegi to T house😆 as Aditya has increased his stay by 1 more day😆
