Now.. coming to Zeenat... yes, that specific reference does indicate the possibility of a pregnancy. Not sure how much of that BF's involvement is there in the accident though. Lets see. It could be that it was indeed an accident and the guy withdrew after realizing that she was in coma and all that.

True... a real accident would simplify things at this stage... maybe that's what the CVs will do. This way they will not have to introduce another character... unless they make ACP that boyfriend? But even if they do, I think for them it will be much easier to make the accident a real one.

But again.. now she is awake and moving around... when did she wake up is what is bothering me for quite some time??😕 Has she been in a coma at all?? 😕

I don't know... I think she was in coma, that part cannot be wrong. But when did she get up is a good question? Also Dr. Khurana seems to be a nice guy... so he can't have been hiding Zeenat?? Maybe she used another doctor's help and faked everytime Khurana or Sahir visited... question is why did she have to fake? Why not just wake up? And more importantly when did Zeenat come out of coma? 😕

I can understand her taking another doctor's help to fake every time Sahir visited. But how was Dr Khurana fooled so easily?? Come on, he is supposed to be a doctor.. Neurologist / neurosurgeon / general surgeon / cardiologist / urologist .. see he has so many roles. 🤣

why she faked and when she woke up, went to the beauty parlour... I want answers to these questions. 😆
