Ok i know everyone is happy that the epi was full of SaAz trust me so am i ... and everyone is oggling at the "Romance" and no one is going to like what i am about to write but thats' ok am used to being the bad one among the lot 😆

And what i am about to do is not a criticism either ... but more a different kind of analysis ... may be an attempt to understand the episode

First thing first i felt the kiss scene was misplaced ... i mean there was not enough build up to justify it in the scene before that ... she hugged him in fear ... he is concerned ... reassures her ... they both tell the other u risked life for me ... it was an emotional moment i feel ... and the kiss was some how misplaced ... if it was shown after the 2nd hug after door closing ... and the talk may be it would have made more sense (my apologies in advance agar mey ney kisi romanticbaaz ke rang mey bhang dala 😆)

Then the sudden change of behaviour in Sahir ... the only explanation i can think of is that sahir again wore a mask ... this time a mask of happiness ... else the sudden change in behaviour makes no sense ... he is over whelmed by arzoo's care for him no doubt in that ... but the way he was acting is not the Sahir we know off ... it felt too abrupt ... the cuteness and all ... so i feel he was wearing a mask for arzoo's sake for her happiness ... to let her enjoy that authority over him .. obviously the emotions were real since he does love her and is affected by her but the over joy was part of the mask he wore for her sake ... brushing aside his pain once again ... because else the sudden change in character makes no sense ... his pain is too deep ... and it can't vanish just like that

In fact when arzoo leave for kitchen and he turns his face smiling the smile fades, editor did a bad job by abruptly cutting but me being the old HCbaaz caught that in time ... then when he laid down to sleep from smile to bit seriousness

Also when arzoo talked about pain .. he did not break .. he still did not share ... and all but tried to brush it aside ... though arzoo kept saying his pain matters to him ... and he wont hide his pain ... that is exactly what he did by being over joyous is what i feel ... his pain is too deep ... to vanish so soon ... to share so abruptly ... so Sahir Azeem Chaudary played along ...though genuinely touched by her love and concerns for him ... he is still not ready to bother her with his pain which has held him captive for so many years! ... in fact i feel the hungry thing was to deviate attention from his pain ... to buy himself sometime because he was being over powered by emotions!

The breakfast scene was the most out of character and abrupt out of the rest of the lot ... they should have caught some emotion ... swallowing emotion may be ... something atleast to make it look relateable

If this is not what it was ... then i am sorry but i could not relate to Sahir's sudden change of behaviour! Specially the breakfast scene that was like a 360 degree abrupt turn ... the intensity Sahir is known and loved for can't vanish with one scene

One more thing the burnt toast ... he used to eat it for a reason not out of joy right? Then i feel there should have been a hint of emotion when arzoo made fun of burnt toast ... even if he later covered it up trying to look all fine ... because burnt toast have been a symbol of his pain from the beginning and arzoo making fun of them and his showing no emotion at all was a little senseless i feel ... i do agree he may not want to show that emotion to arzoo but that is why i said it should have been there even if for fraction of a second

Again my apology in advance to anyone who is not going to like this but i am a sucker for characterization and good story and i want that when i see Sahir and SaAz ... romance too one can only enjoy when it makes sense

P.S: he was shot right? The bandage is gone over night ... and he is made to sleep on the pool chair? Like seriously? 🤔

Some consistency in characterization and story telling ... some logic ... some consideration ... some continuity won't harm anyone trust me

logic...sense..continuity ki to jaisi charas bone ki kasam khake rakhi hai humare cv's ne 🤬

I loved todays episode...it made me happy ...very very happy...because after i dont know how long...i guess first time after the birthday epi we got a whole epi filled with saaz...my shayar sahir...my foodie HC...my smiley sahir...and understanding aarzoo...the epi had some really good highpoints which could make u watch it over and over again...

but it was too rushed...too out of place...it was like pehle thriller forcefully ghusa rahe the for trp...aur ab romance for audience...

I mean agar track dhang se close nahi kar sakte toh kholna kyu?

So many things about sahir are forgotte...burnt toast...kadi chawal...his hatred for rain...mangoes...

suddenly he is smiling and joking...characterization and consistency ka kya? only by the logic u've given it makes sense nads...otherwise sahir ki to charas bo di.!!

The kiss scene i felt was too out of place...and frankly un-necessary...dala bhi to...such bad editing...it should have been slo-mo...not the speed of rajdhani express...

he got shot and he is on the couch? Where is the bandage?

Wo choro...they got poisoned...where was the doctor treating them? where are the after effects? Leads ki jaan jana is such a silly track kya that they dont need to close it? yo-yo ki investigation usse zaruri thi?

She said so many heavy duty dialogues about humsafars and all...yet they sleep on seperate beds? can someone please explain to me why?

and how come over night aarzoo has become shayar? aaj tak to meine use kabhi nahi dekha shayari kehte ya sunte hue...maane kuch bhi daal dete hai...

after everything...even the promise...all of sahirs pain was still bottled up...then what was the point? and the way he went away from the break fast was too abrupt...

and i hate hate hate the editing department...KG kids could do a btr cut paste job...they inter-mix diff kinds of music...they dont know where to cut the scene...they dont know what pace which scene should be...its just one big mess ... These people are ruining such good scenes and acting with their stupid silly mistakes 😡

Aisa lag raha tha...two episodes worth of stuff ek episode mei cram kar diya ho...

Dont get me wrong...i loved the epi...cause anyday i prefer logic-less saaz to logic-less ka/2rs/yo-yo/etc etc any day but still thora logic and reason wouldnt do anyone any harm...especially the trp janta...

Omg Nadia...my exact thoughts on today's episode... 🤗 ...just didn't know how to express it...yes..the taunting about jale hue toast was ott. Don't wanna be a spoilsport...but Sahir didn't look all that comfortable and that spark that I always see was missing...the sudden shift in behavior baffled me too. The kiss scene would have fit in well after the shayari recital by Sahir by the pool...
Didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I would..

Nadia this was something that bothered me too... The cuteness of the next day... Made me wonder 'is this Sahir?'
I hope n wish that it is a case of Sahir putting on a happy face for Arzoo's sake cause that ties in more with the character.
I also felt that he looked serious while lying down as he waited for Arzoo to bring in his food.
But I don't think the CVs have added any such layers to this epi or Sahir's behaviour. I think it is just erratic scripting.

And why are they not discussing who is trying to kill them or did they? Did I miss it?

okay back to the episode...toh ab hum points denge...to dear CVs

1) why the hell did the makers not bother to show us what happened after their leads were poisoned? can i assume ACP took everyone of NH to jail and NH is all for saaz now? 😲 🤣 ok cvs i m assuming this happened bass!

2) i know sahir is my hero ironman and all that par woh toh mazaak mein kaha tha naa? 😭 aapne sach samajh liya? 😲 ek dinn mein sahir gets shot is back to normal amd next day gets poisoned and is back to normal and next day is all cute and eating fruits? hein!!

3) yeh dono ko kiss karne kaa mood kyu hua waise? 😕 ab tak toh sahir ne kuch bataya bhi nahi...wat overwhelming were we talking about?
or were they about to kiss because arzoo was caring enough to let sahir sleep in the pool recliner again? 🤣

4) arre arzoo bhi shaktimaan hai...godrej vada pav effect maybe! after all that poison she is ekdum active in minutes...yeh kya hai perfect patni? 'sasta sundar tikaau' ? 😆

5) waise sahir ko to bas goli hi lagi thi...isme kaunsi badi baat hai..hai na? agar coat parr hot coffee giri hoti toh alag baat thi...phir toh sahir ko roz cold coffee deti arzoo 😆
par goli kyu lagi? kisne maari? who cares? sahir toh ironman hai...itna tension arzoo kyu le? hai naa?🥱

6) burnt toast toh sahir ka favourite dessert hai..hai naa? isliye toh arzoo mazaak uda rahi thi...sorry hum sab ab tak kuch aur hi samajh rahe thhe 🥱

7) arre waah aaj se dono humsafars hain...saat janam saath saath jeeyenge marenge lekin BED toh share nahi karenge! kabhi nahi! 🤣

8) arzoo ko sone se pehle darr nahi laga? darwaaza khula rakhke so gayi...besharambaaz🥱

ab tak ke liye itna hi...baaki points ke liye stay tuned on humsafars 8.30pm mom-fri

You stole the words from me. I kept quiet thinking that forumwallahs will bash me up for not liking the changed Sahir. I am pretty sure he is acting to make Arzoo feel better. There is more to Sahir's story which Arzoo will not know. Sahir is not going to open to Arzoo so fast. Remember in one episode, Sahir did say something like "I cant keep you close due to my past and cant keep you away as well". That will be the basis of their relationship. And why did he storm off when Zeenats name was taken. Remember Zaki also said once "Bhai, you have fallen in love and you know the emotion too". So does it mean that Sahir was deeply in love with Zeenat too?

A very sensible post.But honestly logic simply doesn't exist in this show.

Sahirs volte face especially in the morning was a put on act and did not look convincing enough.

As for his wounds if Aarzoo with her burnt feet can walk and go to office the next day then I'm sure a bullet wound too can heal overnight!!!😉

While it was nice and enjoyable to watch Saaz without any interruption I felt that the almost kiss was a bit out of place.Hope the intentions of the Cvs to garner TRPs are successful with this track .

You are sooo right ...😆 I just watched the episode and I was like ... tomorrow they will tell us that this was a dream sequence ... anyways character inconsistency is one of the hallmarks of this show and we have put up with it so far.

It has to be a mask. Ofcourse I want Sahir to be genuinely happy , but that cannot happen so fast.It has to take time and thats the only way , we as audience will be able to connect to it. He is certainly moved by her affection , but I think he is doing this because he promised Nausheen that he will try to keep her happy. Another promise that he has to now full fill.

I also thought that the editor did not turn up for work or they telecast the entire set of SaAz scenes today instead of them splitting it over the week , as we are usually rationed to 2 minutes per day 😉

When Arzoo goes to the kitchen, there could have been a monologue of Sahir talking about the fact that he will never make Arzoo sad. She is precious to him. So the whole next day incidents could have been easily justified.

At the risk of sounding like a party pooper I feel that the episode was rushed,,,it was full of SaAz and that was good but the SaAz scenes could have been two episodes long if they had laid emphasis at the right places and allowed us to feel more!

The scenes seemed more in place in the BTS videos we saw!

The kiss should have been after they hugged for sure...because the way it was placed...he was comforting her and suddenly ...change of emotion...and then she closed the door and they went for light almost comic banter...and then when Arzoo told him about her knowing the truth the camera should have lingered on Sahirs shock and we should have seen his emotions...even if he put on a mask we should have seen it instead of having to assume! When they hugged after she said she cares the kiss would have made sense as Sahir was totally overwhelmed!

Sahir being playful with Arzoo and stealing moments of joy with her is good but it should be more obvious that's what it is...sometimes it isn't...definitely there was no impact of the mention of burnt toast in such a light teasing manner by Arzoo...how could it be that that does not evoke any painful memory for Sahir??

As you say HC brings in nuances that if spotted would make it clear that Sahir js masking his pain but even those are butchered on the editing table!

The scenes swung between serious and intense and playful and a whole lot of other emotions too much...everything was there and the individual scenes were very good but the way it was put together Conveyed inconsistency..!

It's like everything that they could think of as SaAz scenes was put in and everything had to be crammed into one episode..the enjoyment would have been better had each of the moments been concentrated on! And the flow had been better!

I also apologize for sounding negative on an episode many found truly enjoyable...I liked it too...for SaAz...SaAz were amazing of of course but story wise,,,...could have been loads better!
