Is that so easy ?

NO my post is NOT about Saaz, nor Zaki. Sahir was supposed to be a ruthless businessman and passionate lover, that he is . Arzoo was supposed to be independent and angry young woman, that she is (debatable though ) Zaki, his character doesn't matter. So my post is not to rant about Saaz, nor Zaki.

There is one particular scene that left a really bad taste in my mouth!

'Ammi i know you are angry on Arzoo, even i don't know why Arzoo agreed to be Sahir's second wife ' YES I'm talking about Nausheen Begam

IS that so easy for a mother to allow her daughter become a second wife, a polygamous marriage ? The easiness with which she talked about her daughter becoming Sahir's dusri biwi , that was disgraceful to motherhood !

The daughter doesn't owe an answer to her mother about her marriage? That too in such situation? Are girls in India become THAT independent? I know they haven't, at least i haven't so i can speak for myself.

After the medical system, the concept of marriage and sensitive issue like molestation, now it's the turn of the most pure and most respected relation in the world to get ridiculed in the hands of Cvs : Motherhood !

Yes it's absolutely ridiculous to say the least!

Nausheen hasn't asked Arzoo what happened the night of the cab incident and she was all happy about her marrying Zaki...who doesn't even work for a living and about whom she knows nothing!

Then Sahir stopped that wedding and Two days later Arzoo married him and Nausheen is left saying this dialog??

It's unfathomable..it's not even about independence or freedom...it's about how concerned as a mother she is...doesn't she care what the outcome of her daughters decision would be?

At least she could asked Alvira where the first wife was and what happened...she could have stopped Arzoo...anything but this nonchalance...worried expression and acceptance!

Nausheen khan has been shown to be weak woman I am sorry if it sounds rude but even after being flipped arnd by her so called hubby ..so many times n being with dadi whose apprently more stronger than Nausheen herself n has Been the pillar of emotional support for The family, Nausheen has a long way to go , to be called a mother n to take decisions or allow n help them to take decisiosn for themselves

It's cos of her tht ARZOO has a steep learning curve ahead of her ..cos anyway Sarfarz was away Nausheen looks Lile was more a creeper than a support

She Has messed up with her daughters both emotionally n morally ..n Zara is as selfish as a bee and myra will soon be a scarred kid 😕

My mother was horrified when she saw Nausheen's reaction she was actually questioning her parenting. In a way I understand why Arzoo couldn't handle her own situation because even though she learned the sadness of Nausheen's life she couldn't get an example of a how to better the situation obviously her mother is an example of great stupidity!😡
