Maybe like when arzoo was a about to apply ointment on sahir's back, he also told her to stay away. But arzoo scolded him and applied it. Same sahir will do. Also he might cry like arzoo did...

I have a feeling just like the time Arzoo applied ointment on his back this time Sahir is going to say, "Mrs. Sahir Azeem Chaudary, chup raho..." And repeat what she had said to him that night before applying the ointment. 😉
