exactly! i agree!
who said its romantic?
its just what sahir does! he knows whats romantic n whats not...thats y he could play the love game with aarzoo...
also, if he is looking like a psycho then so be it...y not? i mean kisne bola he should only look like a depressed person...10years ka effect hai...its not going to be like any normal persons' sadness...its different...

ps - m not saying they shud show more self mutilation but, i m not offended by it...yes it needs to slowly reduce and stop and be healed. 😳

also i cannot miss the opportunity of seeing HC's such fab act! 😎

Self-mutilation is very serious condition. While I can understand at times when Sahir does it but using self-mutilation for drama sake and whole blackmail stuff is BIG NO !!!
Other ways to show Sahir as sad. Excessive self-mutilation will make Sahir look mentally ill and emotionally weak so please slow it down a bit !

i would differ here...i think its valid and real...such characters exist and what is shown is reality...and yes u can say its a mental illness but i would term it as 'HUNGER FOR LOVE' and 'INSECURITY OF BEING LEFT ALONE'

the story is dark...it will remain dark...however lighter moments can be incorporated...but do u think sahir begging alvira would have any impact if the story wasnt dark? it would look like 'this guy cant do anything on his own' however, we know its not like that..

but, i would say that the zeenat drama need to be out in open now...else it will lose the charm (maybe its already lost)
so yes the zeenat thing need to be clarified and JUSTIFIED and then the healing process (or shud i say the story and journey of sahir the businessman to sahir the shaayar) needs to start!

ps - incase u dont want this post in ur post pls let me know...no hard feelings 🤗

just tht such scenes become a little weird 😳when we watch the drama with family n kids ...
U know kids esp. are very inquisitive 🤔...seeing tht Sahir n belt scenes last week my little kiddo immediately pops up asking mommy see how this man hits and his body turns pink red ...

She gets excited u see 🤪and we run short of words to clam them down

I am no way offened by the self mutilation acts, it would offend me if it wouldnt fit in the character's POV., but the build up of Sahir and his character traits has been always dark... most hindi show viewers might find it new, but in dark shows and even in novel there are protagonists like him, writers are just trying to visualize what they had conceptualized, never ever they have shown that Sahir's self mutilation is romantic or should be supported, its more like he needs a direction in his life, the healing process will start and gradually they will culminate this trait of him...

Self mutilation exists and is real..That being said...Sahir's healing has to start ASAP...they better show us the journey of self healing now...7yrs of his torture is enough..I don't understand how they just forgot the Dargah scene so conveniently...just watched it yesterday...that scene gives the impression that things are going to turn around soon...but it has been 2 months since that scene aired... STOP the torture and START the healing!!

I support this.

It's gone over the top now. He is sad. Not crazy. Please makers... there is a difference between the two. He has punished himself enough. He needs to be healed now. PRONTO

It has to stop...it's disturbing...his pain..the cause for all this should be addressed !

Well, it is romanticised because the ML of a romantic show is flogging himself with belt and next he goes to his usual business as if nothing happened or he mutilates severely his hand and then he writes a poem. What about teenagers who are watching the show? What sort of message it conveys to them?
