Made on a budget of Rs 20 crore it amassed Rs 500 crores worldwide giving a smashing debut to Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda. The emotional story of young love, passion that hits a roadblock in form of rapid Alzheimer made viewers cry with the two young lovers on screen. Two months down the line, we have Milap Zaveri’s Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat in theatres. The film seems to have recovered its budget running to near houseful capacity in smaller centres. Harshvardhan Rane said he wanted to do a love story that resonated with the heartland of India.
