What's wrong 😕 Was waiting to read your thought's ...Plz if you have time pen down few lines.

Not sure on what to say Shweta, ever since the pregnancies track this is not the same Humsafars I use to count down time to watch. I feel the understanding, respect and trust built between SAAZ is getting destroyed. Hey but you have to do what you have to do in an attempt to save the show I guess.

I agree with Sush for the most part. The romance seemed very rehearsed on Saahir's part. I am not sure if this is how the CVs intended to show it but it came across this way. Harshad in the offscreen segments claimed that Saahir was suppose to be completely lost in Arzoo well if that is the case than the execution and direction failed to show that part. They still created one hot romantic sequence but they failed to convey everything they planned to.

When Arzoo first enters the room, the shayari on Saahir's part was definetly rehearsed. No guessing even needed there! Some of the lines seemed like his routine seducing moves. For an example, "Tum duniya ki sabse khoobsoorat Arzoo ho." Seemed very similar to "Tum duniya ki sabse khoobsoorat biwi ho," when he was trying to get intimate with Zeenat.

I agree with Sush that when Arzoo first entered with the red dress on Saahir seemed mesmerized for a few seconds. No one would burn themselves on purpose and it was too far way from Arzoo in order to be an act on his part. Good screenplay by the CVs they should have shown more of this. But when he goes to offer Arzoo his hand and help her down the stairs, his dialogue delivery seemed very calm like he was talking about the weather. I mean "Maine soche tha maine dress khoobsoorat banayi hai! Per meri nazar tumare chehre se nahi hat thi." There was no "OMG Wow" sound from his tone of voice. He seemed very much in control and not lost.

Than there was the dance sequence which was very romantic but it was Arzoo's face that was glowing. You could read from her face she was thinking "OMG is this really happening." Saahir just looked much focused at the task of seducing, like he was measuring the effect of his every move, again his demeanor was very composed. It didn't look like that he might have been thinking this might be his only opportunity to hold the object of his affection close to him like Harshad had described in the interview. Maybe they changed the sequence last minute when they saw negative reviews for Saahir playing with Arzoo's emotions but it didn't come across as it was described to be in the interviews.

Then came the confession scene, where Arzoo snaps back into reality, again not enough of a reaction from Saahir. The love of his life had told him she did not love him. What does he think about? His business deal? He looked very much like a business man who had lost his deal. I know the CVs where trying to show that it was than that Saahir snaps out his dream land but its not a natural reaction coming from a lover. He should have least have been shocked or showed some what hurt for some time than go back to thinking that he has a mission to accomplish. Though its hard to see how he can use the his love to accomplish a mission by manipulating her anyway maybe that's why the execution is failing?

P.S. I also agree that we need to see more of Saahir recollecting about what he is doing. How does he justify it to himself? Has it even hit him that he is doing the same thing to Arzoo that Zeenat has done to him? Because if he at any point believes he still deserves a second chance after this than it is very easy to make the case for Zeenat deserving another chance. Because if a mature man like Saahir can get away with playing with someone's emotions like this than Zeenat was hardly in her early twenties when she did what she did to Saahir. So we need more incite there.

Hi Red,

Big Thank You for your response . The CV's vision was to show Saahir very business like ...the set up was to get Arzoo in his trap which failed ,but the scene is not done yet ...The pre cap did show Arzoo questioning Saahir...my guess is she will say, " I loves you " before the conversation ends.

We should wait and watch tonight's epi ... Saahir's response is yet to come .

I hope Saahir's past is revealed to us viewers if not to Arzoo ...to decide whether Zeenat and Saahir both need another chance .

Hi Red,
In bold...really he said that?
It didn't come across, if that was the sentiment...

About other things...I would say lets be patient and see...how it goes...

The new rumors about the show shutting down and all are making me go...Jesus Christ...not again!!

Aprart from Zeenat being alive...I have liked most things about the show so far...interesting story line, well developed characters, good actors, and The Gul Effect...

Sush, I dont know if you watched the E24 segment but Harshad said Saahir found an opportunity to live his entire life in that moment. It was his opportunity to be as expressive as possible because normally he is restrained around Arzoo.

Yup I wouldnt trust ZA its not the most reliable new site but the CVs really seems to be experimenting to find a track that will work with trps audience. From what we have heard from before the show has few more months to prove itself.

No...I don't watch offline segments Red...so surely haven't seen this one either...
But what you wrote above sounds a bit different...than being lost in her...
This one says...he is becoming what he is typically not...an expressive lover...which is true...right? He did really get to play a different type of suitor...one who goes all out to woo the woman...

I get the feeling that this is it...after this a full blown hate marriage track will start...no romance like this...so this must be equivalent to an opportunity of a life time...that they will hold on to...for a long time...

What I got after watching the segment is that Saahir is restrained from expressing his love to Arzoo maybe because he might feel it might be morally wrong as Zeenat is alive. But when he sees Arzoo dressed up he cant resist the oppurtunity in his head he is doing it for his business deal so it might not have seemed as wrong and out of his norm. Hate marriages usually bring up trps for some time. Just hope Arzoo maintains a spine and Saahir realizes his mistake.

Hi Ladies, I created a username so I can post for the first time ever! I read up on your posts everyday just never have the time to post.
Amazing write up Sush and lovely collages Shwetha!!!
Now coming to the episode. I did not enjoy it as much as I should have. There was serious lack of the wow factor for me. I could see that Arzoo was relishing the moment but I was conflicted with Sahir's emotions. The only time I felt them real was when he burned his finger. The rest of the episode was it real or fake? It seems very confusing.
This is the only show I watch on dailymotion while going home from work and I hope the story strengthens further as I feel there are a lot of loopholes and they are just jumping from one event to another without closing the previous one. I guess its a daily soap and I should lower my expectations?
