Because if she says she is not pregnant, then K.A will demand an explanation for what she heard, and everyone will find out about Samaira being pregnant. And this can have an affect on the deal Sahir has been after because Samaira is Rehman's daughter.

So its like she's taking all the insults now, but she knows she will be cleared from all the accusations later. And then when Sahir finds out what she did for everyone, he'll love her even more!!

And its an indian soap, the female lead has to be shown as mahan sooner or later!!😆😆 Though everyone is disappointed with this track, I have to say it made everything really intense and suspenseful.

But if the family found out that Samaira is pregnant not Arzoo they can discuss wisely as a family what would be the best move so the relations with Rehman Saab are not destroyed due to this pregnancy. Hiding information from those it is relevant to is not always wise. But yeah, this can be considered accurate reasoning from her end.

Now you gave a new dimension to the story . There is a possibility that Arzoo is trying to cover the issue till the deal is done . Now she heard from zaki that samaira is rahman's daughter and they are going to have a big deal . Alvira told Arzoo how important the deal is for Arzoo and sahir working so hard for it .

I will relax and watch it with out expectations and let them show their story.

But zaki did not mention anything about deal ... also i am fine if it was her not wanting to tell about sumaira ... but she could say na i am not pregnant and KA didnt hear it properly? What stopped her from refuting that she is not pregnant is beyond me ... in the house no one trusts KA anyways and am sure if arzoo said no they would believe her atleast alvira and sahir would other two cartoon ka and anam dont matter anyways
