I kind of liked the SaAz scene yesterday cos that's the only scene where they shared a frame together, miraculously. Cvs very much need to improvise their editing and increase SaAz interactions. This scene was lacking in details badly, and the screen space Sahir gets definitely isn't enough for viewers who are only watching the show for Harshad. Let's hope they get better soon.
Loved your analysis and agree with you that Sahir's convo with Anam was very good, Sahir's words show that he is really fair with both even of one of them is his bhabhi. Desperately need some more SaAz pls this week. Shweta, lovely collages ⭐️

its worse than an amateurs job!

the scene should've definitely ended with both realising the mugs were exchanged...and one eye contact with visible awkwardness!

they both were in perfect view of each other!...

plus this whole split screen thing they r using...its irritating!..its not continuos...and i just kills the whole affect of the scene

sweta...i simply love the perfect shots u use for sush's posts...the first collage...one look at sahir's pics and u know his eyes are following aarzoo like a hawk!

till this point i've not been able to conclude a single reason which would justify sahir's nikaah with aarzoo🤔

how things will be justified or whether or not they'll be justified is beyond my comprehension!

they r not working on the development of characters...they're not working on the development of SaAz

.the melodramatic scenes are long...full of bits that can be easily edited out...

LM is on the credits..frankly, Direction was not an issue for me so far..the writing and sequencing is.

Felt the sisters' scene was dragged a bit. Anam- Sahir and Mug exchange was good for me...they ended the mug scene abruptly...OK for me, since Sahir is not processing his thoughts yet...the day he does that, he will start resisting.

What strikes is the difference in their expressions...he is somewhat pleasantly surprised...she cannot handle the bitterness. This is the second time she is spitting out his coffee...😊..aagey agey dekhte hai!😆

Zara pleasantly surprised me - I was prepared not to like her. Nausheen usually gets on my nerves with her rona-dhona victime hood but - you're right her ownership of her weakness came across genuine and with grace

No kidding - Sahir's eyes kept seeking her out he's a gonner.

Now the Cups - first I thought ok cute but nothing too special. Then I noticed the Pink and Red lotus flowers on the cup - knowing 4Lions, bound to be some symbolism. I failed poetry so normally I wouldn't notice symbolism if it hit me over the head with a two-by-four.

Anyway I looked up the meaning of Lotus flowers on this link https://www.lotusflowermeaning.net/. Some meanings:

• Egyptians associate it with rebirth
• Egyptians used it as a symbol for the unification of the two Egyptian kingdoms, that is to say the bonding of upper and lower Egypt.
• In Buddhism the lotus is known to be associated with purity, spiritual awakening and faithfulness.
  
• Pink lotus flower: this is the supreme lotus and is considered to be the true lotus of Buddha.
  
• Red lotus is related to the heart and is associated with that of love and compassion.
• Hinduism - As a lotus is able to emerge from murky/muddy waters un-spoilt and pure it is considered to represent a wise and spiritually enlightened quality in a person;
• Hinduism associates the lotus with beauty, fertility, prosperity, spirituality, and eternity.

So, symbolism for humsafars - my thoughts:

• Rebirth of Zahir to a pure love from his painful dark past
  
• Awakening of Arzoo to love to womanhood
  
• Despite Anam slinging mud at her, Arzoo will emerge un-tarnished, beautiful and pure the next day
• joiningg of two kingdoms - Sahir (upper class) & Arzoo (lower class)
• Sahir and Arzoo will be faithful to each other.
  
• Fertility, prosperity, spirituality, and eternity - Sahir and Arzoo nikaah on the way?
• Rebirth for Sahir from his painful and murky past

Your thoughts?

p.s. if Kurti-Appa didn't have the comical cliched getup and ridiculous walk, the actress is able to portray her as a real person in the interactions with Alvira and the one with Anam today.

Coming to the episode...it was definitely not a Monday episode for sure...by that I mean that some scenes were torturously dragged with Anams drawling being given so much screen space .

The saving grace was definitely the way Sahir put Anam in her place😆. His tone and expressions were spot on and the look on her face was worth watching😃. I wonder what he will do when one way or the other the truth comes out! Anam is out for sure...and then her dirty tricks will be upped further!

Zara...for now has been redeemed...she didn't do anything selfishly apparently...I wanted her to snatch the dupatta and throw the money at Anams face and run out but there was a huge lecture that didn't make sense ...oh well! Alls well if it ends well in the next episode😃

The mug scene...totally wasted..agree with you others who have said this...especially as Sahir noted the cup in Arzoos hand and she set it down on his table! He should have realised it's hers...will he in the next episode...high hopes! Only symbolic significance would be that he was mildly irritated and surprised to taste what was in the cup while she spat it out...so does it mean she will find it hard to accept him while he will more easily adapt...

Maybe that's the reason they haven't shown the slightest feeling on her part even though he will apparently be jostling with his feelings pretty soon according to the promo!

Hoping for less of KA and Anam as usual...😃
