Ek Khoobsoorat Jhooth...: Fitting the pieces.

Just trying to piece together some old , some new...😳

1. The brothers talk- We see a glimpse of what makes Sahir the Angry Young Man he is...He DOES NOT UNDERESTIMATE LOVE...In fact, he has seen a DESTRUCTIVE version of it...quite close to him...and it has taken away something very precious...pain gets heaped on the void there- it is this pain Arzoo has to take away.

2. Har khoobsoorat chehre ke peeche...Here is a man who knows love can give only pain...where did he learn that from? Is that his own experience or that of someone very close to him?

3. Kurti Aapa is a ferocious lioness when it comes to Sahir...she fears Alvira will interfere with his peace of mind. Obviously, this Aaya has more rights over this particular child. Does that mean Alvira came into the picture later...and her children inherited the same Aaya. But Kurti is loyal to the child she raised by herself? She warns Alvira not to take advantage of the respect Sahir has for her...clearly speaks Alvira is not his birth mother.

4. What happened to Sahir's parents? Did he witness a man perishing in the love of one woman who enslaved him in her love?- Ek Khoobsoorat Jhooth?

How come there is no mention of the children's father whatsoever? Did he desert his family, unable to bear the pain his first and only love brought him?

5. He admires the moon...yet he is wary of it...

He found her payal and had to part with it halfheartedly😳...he cannot tolerate Zaki getting too friendly around Arzoo😡...a part of him wants to appreciate the innocence that brings a smile on his face😳, while the other part constantly reminds him that every beautiful face hides a betrayal...

It is only a matter of time before Sahir realises what he has started feeling for Arzoo...the fact is, she is important enough to be of significance...she must be the first woman to have broken through that protective fortress he built around his heart?😳

But given his mindset...Would he not silently acknowledge that power and keep a safe distance?😭

6. Arzoo has seen one more example of how undependable a man can be and how expendable a woman is to him...she would love to believe Sahir is not that man, but given the low expectations she has from men, how persistent can she get around Indifference? She knows there is a story behind the burnt toast...but how patient is Arzoo to dig deep when she will be ordered out?

...Mr. Indifference and Miss Low Expectations...what happens when they forced to be humsafars?😲

1. thanks for bringing up the fact that he might not have been in love before, because in the promo about him not understanding why he thinks about arzoo, there was a line in which also indicated that his heart was never broken in love. so its very possible that his only see the bad and destructive side of love most likely maybe his parents and who ever else is involved or any one else of importance. like that would be his only perception and understanding of it that he cant see past.

2. the khoobsurat line is interesting and poetic, maybe behind beauty or innocence lurks deception and pain, so its hard for him to trust and it deff does incidcate something along the line of betrayals and lies.

3. for sure kurti appa knows something and alvira is deff involved somehow, she indeed is very protective of sahir and also cares for zaki but sahir the most, is it because sahir may have been the brunt of all the chaos or whatever bad thing happened, he was rigth in the middle witnessing it all while zaki was somewhat shielded, which could explain why he has such a positive outlook on love as apposed to sahir. kurti appa has tension with alvira like alvira might hurt sahir and kurti doesnt want her to do something in sahirs life possibly again. interesting you brought up the fact that kurti may have been there before alvira or maybe she took care of the kids most of the time while alvira and the husband where absent or whatever problems they may have had.

4. the beautiful lie part like the other beautiful face line, definitely leads to betrayal by someone trusted and seet etc. it could be what you mentioned.

5. and like with the following indication of betrayal with the beautiful lie and so forth, he is in admiration of the moon because of its beauty but like his previous line his wary because behind such beauty could be pain and deception.

i dont think his jealous or the fact he cant tolerate him being arzoo, i think his just irritated and annoyed at the both of them but of course she i effecting him, because of how much of a strong presence she is and stands out in every way.

6. yup arzoo's trust in men has been damaged and sahirs behavior really getting rid of her perceptions and feelings on men but just allowing her to keep a low expectation like you said. how patient she is we will have to but its also how patient and how can sahir help arzoo come out of that low expectations.

love the nicknamesyou gave for them, what happens well its gonna be a explosion of feeling and intensity.
