Have not interacted with you in a long time ...my schedule has been Glad you enjoyed the quotes and liked the header . With many Harshad fans I thought this forum would be buzzing ...it's slow sure will pick up in few weeks . I am enjoying the show ...character sketch of the leads is interesting not the typical Gul leads ...loving it .

Sush (may I call you that?) Your title is so apt.

Arzoo has pride without being proudfull...against all the odds she is trying to take care of her ailing mother and support her family, she is doing all this whilst still maintaing her dignity against peoples prejudices...Arzoo is very clever and I hope they never change her character.

Sahir has strong prejudices against people from small towns especially from Lucknow... This is surprising given the fact that his own mother is from Lucknow.

Sahir is an exacting boss yet doesn't fire them when mistakes happen (Linda and Arzoo).

I appreciate the fact that the usual cliches haven't occurred or have been done with a twist...like Sahir carrying and dropping Arzoo like a sack of potatoes, also she wasn't hanging onto his neck even though she's in a dead faint.

zaki getting caught up in Arzoo dupatta without the world coming to a stop.

I'm sorry for posting my comments in 2 posts but I'm so excited about the show and the fact its longer per episode than most.

Ha ha...yes...Zaki and Aarzoos dupatta were a nonevent for her...and for us...

I actually watched the Behind the scene segment when Sahir picks up Aarzoo against my usual practice...of not watching offscreen or behind the scene stuff...The lift was effortless...and so was the walk...she did look fainted...although in the actual episode I saw...the scene was chopped so much...that it started abruptly and finished abruptly...so I didn't see how he dropped or placed her...glad to know it was good...!

Ha ha...the boy is looking good...and is not all masked by hair...hence the comment...😃 I hope the beard has truly gotten thinner and is not a wet hair effect...😛

There were other pics with Aarzoo...I picked this one with him alone...He does look good here...deserves full attention...😃

Hiya Sush!

I too loved the episode and finally I'm starting to gel with Sahir and Arzoo. Just like in ZGH I'm pretty sure Arzoo's dad left their family because he wanted a son. If that's the same case here, I hope Arzoo does not give in easily and stays level headed as she is right now

The show is getting interesting and I'm enjoying it

Been a long time. Great to have you back. 😊 I too had expected the forum to be buzzing... unfortunately the Ekta debacle seems to have taken its toll.

Ditto on the character sketches. Am not particularly fond of Gul's male leads... most of them end up being bullies. Sahir's character is a refreshing change here.

Totally agree Ri!

On the ML refreshingly not being a bully!

In the earlier similar fashion oriented...that's how it started atleast...show...the guy actually took revenge for the smallest things! Sahir is prejudiced against smaller city people for his own reasons but still doesn't act petty!

The manhandling was one thing that I couldn't stomach there...especially as there was no mention of apology for it !

And Arzoo too...someone else mentioned the same thing...she doesn't flinch or go back when Sahir moves towards her...well..most times! And it's not because she is always flawless and right..she is just human..makes mistakes...says sorry and expects the other person to react accordingly!

Now I just hope she retains this ..and doesn't become overtly comical as the show goes on!
