I agree with you. IMO this is Gul's worst show so far. Usually her shows at least start off well but this show is ultra weird.

Let me add on to the stupid list -

1. Sahir springing out of the water. That scene was so freaking long & annoying. And then he keeps reiterating joe give me the towel for god knows how many times. Dude he can just turn around. And the way HC pronounced towel was just plain weird. Took me forever to figure out what he was saying.

2. Sahir wanted quick action to be taken & didn't care what happened in the process. Yet in the 1st episode he came out of nowhere & rescued the girl. The whole extreme thing they were trying to set up about him fell flat there.

3. Anam - her BG music sucks & she can't even act. What a bad choice for the role. And her character comes across as so shallow & one dimensional.

4. The contrasts they were trying to show btw Sahir/Arzoo. The burnt toast etc.. is there a need to be so extreme? Like seriously.

5. The whole airport sequence where the security were asking Arzoo to remove stuff. I know she's never travelled on a plane before, but she should have some basic knowledge right? Don't people usually check on items allowed when packing?

6. Sahir is shown to be so freaking rich & yet he travelled in economy. Firstly people so high up his level, no matter what, usually can get the seats changed last min. And given how picky he has shown to be, you would expect him to catch the next flight. Then this guy who doesn't talk much had a whole conversation with Arzoo on the plane.. like seriously?!?

7. And what happened to the luggage switch? Did she get her suitcase back? In the first place I don't even understand how such a rich man & an apparently middle class girl can have the exact same luggage? Colour i can understand, but even brand? Biggest joke. This is esp since Sahir is so picky abt everything.

In trying to make everything look so extreme in the show, Gul herself has lost all sense of logic. I can't believe I am saying this but even IPK & QH had some logic in the beginning & they were much more believable. This show is full of contradictions, & the constant hits/misses between the lead pairs make the whole epic feel she is trying to create around the couple even weirder.

That's all. Not watching the show anymore. Probably the worst opening of any show I've seen in a long time. Seriously disappointed!

@1-thanks for pointing out,taaal that's how it sounded to me,you are absolutely right he kept saying I am waiting he should have turned around angrily but it was yes like I am saying stupid.
@2-that,even I wanna know he walk passed a tree carrying arzoo😕I am still in confusion.
@3-totally agree,she's is just to show a contrast b/w simplicity of arzoo but still she' s a wonderful girl with a wonderful heart and anam a rich girl wears expensive clothes and still lacks manners and is nothing compare to aarzoo,even that contrast is stupid,you are right she does not even know how to act.
@4-I haven't even understood yet,why the burnt toast?😲

@6-yes,man of few words why he talked too much he even hated the sight of her.
@7-the brand well I must say that has something to do with show's budget I think😆

Dunno much about QH but yes I have watched Geet and IPK, they made sense too me,Geet was one of a kind show with a unique concept and IPK too but than QH and now humsafars,like you said gk has lost all sense of logic.The contradictions between the leads of show are impossible you cannot relate the characters to these contradictions,because they are illogical.Burnt toast,no one likes to eat,Sahir is either too picky like you said or maybe he's too unique in his own way, with unique taste buds in his mouth.

Hc has a lot of potential have to admit in some scenes he did look intense and emote brilliantly but the story line is destroying everything,it should be shown in a manner that we can atleast relate story and characters with each other.

But let's see how this goes for HS .l.also HC is one helluva of an actor ..I have seen ALL his old shows ..me he is damn good ESP with Romace ..😳
