well from the dialogues in epi 1 i guess the arzoo father left them bcoz nausheen had 3 daughters and no son .. . maybe his mother did not agree so she stayed back with nausheen ..

probabaly he has a second wife ...

i guess in some twisted way nausheen understands his actions so is still in contact with him ..

arzoo doesnt want to be associated with a this man as her father

I'm not sure how much of Nausheen's connection to Sarfaraz has to do with still trying to believe he is part of the family: is this her way of coping with his loss? By pretending that he is still part of the family and therefore deserves to be kept in the loop? By pretending he never left? I feel that's how she copes and therefore she would rather have the family play along to the belief that he is still with them even though he has rejected them.

We saw him in Thursday's episode...again nausheen askedvhim to pick up aarzoo from the airport...agreed that she still loves her husband...but does she always have to contact him?...that too when he makes it so obvious how indifferent he is...

Am waiting for the time when Arzoo makes her name in Mumbai and then he begins to reslise that daughters too can make their parents proud...or even prouder than sons...

Guys don't know if I am right or wrong...but this three dsughters concept reminds me of the concept of thecshow Zindagi Gulzar Hai which aired on Zee Zindagi channel...

Have u seen ZGH ???its the similar Situation here ...

The father left Nausheen cos she has three daughters n no son ..and has remarried a cunning female who gives him a son ..

Nausheen is coping up with the fact tht her hubby left her and her daughters only for a son and otherwise he seems to be a good man ..

They say time heals all wounds n makes one strong ...and I guess with time Nausheen will realise wht Sarfarz is all abt and also Sarfarz will understand what his daughters are

Safarz is just pathetic with a regressive mentality. I agree with elizabeth darcy, nausheen knows and understand whats happened but she is in denial, unready to accept or let go, she really must've loved him a lot that she is still holding out hope he comes back or changes his way. Thats why she still conntects him because if she stops then its over. It seems reality is staring her in the face but it just hit her yet. Sad but hopefully we see how move on. Good post

Nausheen: Is as traditional as they come. She has been taught to see her husband as God...and he has not divorced her. His religion allows him to marry more than once...so, she does not have the luxury of calling him wrong. She is a woman who has been taught to obey a man's command...and so long as her society teaches her otherwise, she i snot going to stand up and Q him.

Arzoo on the other hand, is a woman of our times...she chooses what she wants of tradition...for her, discriminating the girl child is a crime...so she will never forgive her father...👏..until he comes begging on his knees ...even then, I don't think she can EVER accept him whole heartedly.😊

Let us see where this goes with the mother and daughter on two pages clearly...I am pretty sure Nausheen will come around one day and agree with her daughter that they don't need 'that man''s tag.😉
