bad news..

i read this in today's bombay times in ssonal sehgal's interview.. she said that hotel kingston is going to wind up very soon...

this is so bad yaar..they had started showing such cutie pie scenes recently.. and the vish-shelly chemistry which kept us hooked on to the serial.. its all gona end very soon guys... this serial is gona wind up very soon...

This is a really bad news guys. Imagine nit watchinh Hotel Kigston every thursday from 9.30 to 10.30, and not waiting all week long for the next episode. It will be terrible. Over the last 6-8 months we have fallen in love with the story and the characters. Hotel Kingston is one of the best romantic serials i have ever seen. Why do star one want to stop airing such a popular serial? Guys and girls, pleeeeaaasse speak up. May be if all of us resist this move, the serial will not be taken off air. so please write in your thoughts about this as much as you can on this thread, or a better idea would be to write directly to star one. Well I read Amit Verma's (Vish) interview in July. He said the crew was working round the clock and HK will not continue for long. Obviously I am really sad it has to end but thats the way it is. I have never seen a better romantic serial but its better that it ends now rather than drags on for years like the Saas-Bahu crap. 😊 So guys dont feel sad, lets hope Amit and Sonal continue to entertain us in their other ventures. I also hope they start repeating the episodes soon after it ends. I'll miss this show 😭. I'll miss Bindra, Payal, Colonel, Govind Sahai. Apart from Vish-Shelly it is they who really made the show alive.

What really hurts is that Star One chose not to promote HK regularly. Only now when it is coming to an end so we see its promos every now and then.

So Divya, Envious, dont feel sad, we must be proud to be fans of HK unlike those who cant come out of Saas-Bahu crap!!!

Eh, I hate to disagree with everyone, but I prefer shows to have a proper ending, rather than drag on for years, and then suddenly be pulled off the air.

That way the show has closure,which is the most important thing. After all, we all want to see a Vish-Shelly wedding scene,right?

But of course, I'm a little sad it's ending. Here's hoping StarOne will repeat the whole show SOON!

while I agree that serials should not be dragged like the saas-bahu type...tht does not mean that they should end in such a short span. If star one is so concerned about having a fixed story line, i would ask them if they are planning to end more popular shows like remix too. It's not our fault that the serial wasn't promoted properly. With even instant khichdi going off air, where will we see amit verma now? 😭
