The lines actually blur as we continue the series but at the starting of it all, its Jerry who's the so called villain. Jerry eats things around the house, causes trouble by stealing things. Then that old lady,the owner of the house, beats up Tom and threatens to throw him outta the house if he doesn't catch Jerry. So he tries and thus we see the start of their legendary tu tu main main

If Jerry wasn't doing stuff around the house, Tom wouldn't try to eat him. If the old woman didn't beat up Tom and threaten to throw him out, Tom wouldn't have tried so hard to get rid of Jerry. Jerry and old woman made Tom's life a mess from both sides🥺😆

I thought Jerry was the villain was the popular opinion. But it seems the time has changed people have started liking villains, in real life also.

I was always team Tom.
