Sorry, Internet trouble...lost my reply. Twice 😡 😡 Have put down whatever I could remember.

After all this, I am actually slightly confused what you mean by "support" here. Considering that we are saying the same thing.

But if you are referring to support in terms of overlooking some of Rishi's actions, then that has come with the realization that the writers are out to degrade him. There is no other explanation for his continued shallow portrayal. Whether it was during the Zara track or Indu's education or his inability to earn, they want to portray him that way. And Indira may be poorly written, but they do manage to give her character more support. For Rishi, no redemption. So, the only "support" is to not analyze his character anymore. Or hers. Or anything at all in HD. There is no point.

All the flaws you have listed about Rishi are correct, but instead of making him look like a flawed human, he looks like a burden on Indira. Thats a writing mistake. In the Zara track, they murdered him completely. That's why I think they take liberties. A male lead can be flawed, not caricatured. They needed to support his character a bit with some proper writing sometimes.

Sorry to interrupt but just wanted to put in my 2 cents if you don't mind Kanan...
The Rishi we are seeing today is definitely not the Rishi we were introduced to during the intial phase of this show. Rishi's character has obviously been written to have a personality/traits that are in contrast to Indira's- but the writers, over the last 8 months or so-have taken undue liberty to take these contrasting traits and have turned them into something completely negative.
Yes Rishi was never shown to be the "serious" type, but this did not equate to being irresponsible- what kind of an "irresponsible" individual would take it upon themselves to care for and help thru the treatment of a complete stranger and then make an effort to come and help that stranger's family (even if the process was driven by guilt).
Similarly, yes, he was never shown to be money-minded, but this did not equate to being "lazy." He was never shown to direct his energies into work that would actually reward him with monetary compensation, but this never equated to being lazy.
Same thing with the "taking short-cuts" idea. Yes, we saw him do this many times- from tricking Inder sharma into the house deal to the Mandira rape case to the later SN deal during the Kukreja track. But these "short-cuts" were never rooted in immoral or unethical behavior and never solely for his personal benefit.
The point is that the writers cannot handle the concept that an individual can be a good human being who is successful, responsible, and provides for their family unless they are the "hitler" type- a sign of a "creative" team which is sorely unimaginative.
And the most irritating thing about the show is not that all characters are poorly written and none have shown any growth😆, its the fact that out of all of them, one particular character always gets the benefit of being put up on the pedastal (with their epic flaws passed off as perfection) no matter what!! (no points for guessing who this mystery character is) 😆 This is a epic fail on the part of the writers and their limited imagination.

Yesterday . I came to my senses and wrote my post and my true feelings. Today I just saw the episode and truly loved it. I was laughing my head off. ( expect for first few disgusting minute)
When one's expectations are reduced to zero, one really appreciates everything one does have.
Munna was superp!! Today was his day . I still do not understand how blind Man can reach the courthouse ? The board idea was superb . What's wrong with Indira ?, she does not want to earn money?
Rishi has another adjunctive " Gambler " now only two adjunctives " thief and murder "are missing . I think its on the way ! Jai mata DI . This man should be appreciated more because whatever he does he does it with shortcuts. I appreciate them why doesnot Indira ? He is Jugadu in true sense!!
Indira needs money and heaven pours wealth on her .Bheem with no relative to take him in .
" My Pyari Indira" Note was hilarious . Another bad mother who does not think about her 9 yr old. Indu in his class and she did not know about his mothers death? Looks like funeral was over long time back!!
Bheem the New Kirayadar with lots and lots of money. Another Rishi . Another jai mata di time!

Another Ghar gamai !!! History repeats iteself.
Kanan only two days ago I told you they needs to wait till new entry in SN with lots off money . This is it !

The adaalat board is actually a good idea. I hope they keep it. And there is nothing wrong if people pay some money for getting their matters sorted. Hope she sees the value in it.

Every characters in this show is badly written ( after the 8 yrs leap) , Indira before leap was just out this world n am sure had they keep her that way it would've been full on matsi n since Rishi has changed her n fill it with happiness n love , and Rishi was never careless n was a happy lucky kind guy. For me every characters are dead at moments . Even if Ila mam takes a leap it will not make any different with these type of writings .

@red: I totally agree. The episode was a riot- especially Munna and Rishi. Daddy mar gaye- cylinder wale ke 🤣 And the letter that Abha sent Indira was just as funny- pyari Indira 🤣 The 8 year old kid was crying because he just lost his father AND mother and Indira is lecturing him about how crying is a sign of the weak 🤣 Another hallmark moment! Where do these writers come up with this stuff?
I think Indira shoud forget about this adalat business- I have a better business idea for her
Indira Sharma's Zimmedari Coaching Center 🤣🤣 Accepting kids of all ages (for best results, join while the baby is stil in the mothers womb)🤣
