So it seems like they have a broad definition for what constitutes cheating. I'd say including 2 banners in the contest which are exactly the same (except for some minor changes) should be considered cheating (this is my opinion). Especially because mutliple voting is allowed. You're a mathematician...wouldn't you agree that these 2 banners have been included just to increase the probabllity of this banner winning?

So the point is, if the mods are willing to defer these kinds of actions (which in my mind also are meant to game the system), why are they so concerend with group voting?

Everyone is going and talking in circle! Point is very clearly made by TM and many other supporters.points are very clear that voting and election process was not fair and authority was not fairly used .So why people are having so much problem with it. Why cannot people understand the problem and help of the TM to get fair voting on the forum? That all she is aking for and I am in full support of her!!!! I think we need answers from higher authority by now and not later.

I am quite disturbed to read some of the accusations. "Sour grapes? " " You are fighting because your friends did not win? " " you cannot ask this question because you did not vote? Insulting great Author like Henry David Thoerau? ( BTW who ever insulted him problely never read his book . Because he changes your opinion about injustice ,makes you think fairly . It helped me in my life ) How absurd!!

I voted. I had no idea , who made these banner nor I asked around to find out to influence me for voting! I thought every one made great banners. Some of then were out standing and did not make second round!! I think everyone of them had put in great efforts and invested energy in the show . Because of 24 people were involved and many voted for 5 choices second round should have been public voting. This is vey simple!!

Some of the remark I read , I find them very insulting !!

some one who did not vote cannot have opinion about injustice for fair voting?

TM , who has great valid points and spend so much energy fighting for justice and She is accused of many nasty thing ?

Why during second voting every one is voting for banner on 1 ? I personally think 3 and 4 is perfect !!

PLESE every one remember this prayer ?" Dusaron ki Jay me pahele Khud ki jay Kare" This might help you see the point that TM is trying to make so we will have fair voting system!!

Appu . You have my support and great respect for fight for great cause. I think this will help other forums too. I hope they come and read it !!

Like you said, including multiple submissions that are all basically the same is an obvious form of cheating to me (i.e trying to manipulate the system in your favor!), but mods have no problem with this!

But they are concerned with "group voting" which they can't even prove other that saying that people were voting for the same banner (keep in mind I didn't even vote- so have nothing to prove or defend)

Jo cheating saaf saamne hai (in my opinion), we are willing to ignore??

This forum is really a wonder in the whole IF forums . Everything is here about groupism . A simple post also gets groupism blame ... we can't unite here ...we can't forget our difference for the sake of greater good ...what an irony !!

Next time, It looks like if somebody says " I love oranges ", some of us will see if TM belongs to their group and according to that they will make up their mind and if TM is not in their group , they will say " No, I love grapes " !!

Even though we love oranges, we had to say we love grapes just because topic maker is not in own our group ... Good lord !!

A banner contest! A fricken Banner contest! 😆 This isn't the elections for goodness sake! What justice do people want? Should i bring my lawyer into this? 😕 This is India Forums a place to discuss TV shows , Banner contests are just something people do for fun! The winning Banner doesn't decide the course of the show or importance of the characters in the show! Its just something people see when they enter , the main purpose of the Banner is to look good and have the all the characters in it and the Banner that won had all of it 😕 But i skimmed through the thread and people say the banner that won isnt the problem then what is? The way voting had been conducted ? Well i agree with the way the mods handled it , there is always the issue of MIDs and Groupism . MIDs are easily identified but there is always groupism and im sure that within the whole website this forum would be the most prominent in it . People were voting in the same pattern without changing 😕 now wouldnt that make the mods think that the game of "PM PM" has been played . So they took it to the DT! After going through the entries and seeing which banner makers had used MIDs to vote for themselves 😆 and they were disqualified ... The DT are people that are away from the forum politics and games! and they voted for the most creative looking ( best looking ) banner. Now people are saying that Sano won because shes a mod ? well i saw the screen shots and my entry was only 2 votes away from hers , so if Sano had told them which banner was hers then why would have the DT even bothered voting for others? 😕 Hell why would the mods even be trying to resolve the "big issue" here? Instead of putting the new banner up and being done with it! Other then a few people , who actually objects which and which way the contest winner has been decided? I think its extremely fair and every forum which suffers from groupism and politics should have contests conducted this way .

Also people were wondering why suddenly everyone was voting for banner no.1 in the second voting round , its because its clearly the best looking one , even my banner was there ( which everybody already knows by now) so couldn't i have easily told all my friends voting there to go for my one? No because even i thought Sano's was the best out of all the 28-30 entries and even the DT thought that , now please dont say the DT is biased or whatever.

Well i have taken part/voted in a couple contests before and its completely fair to submit similar banners as long as they aren't a carbon copy of eachother , and please i didnt do this to increase the chances of my banner winning 😕 If that was the case wouldn't i have submitted 5 banners looking the same!

^ That is the Qubool hai voting contest - Many participants submitted similar entries and each had different style(fonts/colouring) ... I dont know if you make signatures yourself but it does get hard to decide what fonts colouring to use hence they submit the same entry in different styles , not to increase their chance in winning but simply because they want to present their banner in different styles 😕 Now if the people voting pick all of their entries then well cant blame them for liking all your entries .

Sorry my banner dissapointed you! But did you take part in the contest yourself? Did you take out the time and effort to submit a entry? If you did then please do tell me which banner was yours and i would definitely look at it learn something for future contests 😃

Dont know if my opinion matters , but i would suggest that the banner that initially won to be put up , in my opinion it looks the best and many people voted for it , i even noticed several people outside this forum voted for it . Please no more voting or contests! Seriously how many times are people going to vote? 😕 and a whole new contest shouldnt even be considered! Who will participate again? Even the people from other forums would be laughing at what a mess this has become .The current banner is outdated , the show has moved forward by miles and thats basically what a banner is for ! These contests happen in intervals of months as new developments occur . I even remember people asking Sano for a new banner contest and she waited until it was time for one. I think each winner for a banner contest gets to hold the title for 6 months and Sano waited for that time to finish , and people are calling her unfair/biased. 👏

Peace ! :) I just want a new Banner up before the show ends 😕 or a even better solution , just put the original Hitler Didi montage up there! 😃

and also , im not favoring mods or anything , i've also had disputes with them in the past but just because their decision wasn't in my favour didn't mean they were wrong/cheaters/partial/biased etc
