I was thinking about this...tried to think of this from both sides. When it comes to exposure and doing things that the actor is uncomfortable with, they do draw a line. The actors take that call. So, technically, this issue, too, should be treated like that. But if this gets boxed under the category 'creative decision' that has a bearing on the story (let's pretend there is one), can they interfere?

But if they cannot, for whatever XYZ reason, surely the parents of the child actor can intervene and object. In the interest of that vague thing called childhood and innocence, which everyone involved with this show seems to ignore.

A 50s twist to this would be if the roof caves in just in time to prevent an anarth from happening. Namely, ruining the sanctity of Rishi's marriage to Zara. 😃 (Please imagine thunder, lightning, rain, and storm in accompaniment).

I am hoping they don't go that route, but the way things have been going, I am scared to hope! "Disgusting" is the one word that we all seem to be coming back to...only the producers seem to think of this as entertainment.
