you r right in saying that rishta marriage is valid as per indian law . but its not 4 years its 7 years and inshi meet after 8 years . so the num does not affect here.but it is very much difficult to shweta to get custody of Indu as per Indian law. surrogate mother has no rt over the child. and she has signed the contract also, stating she will not asked for the custody. only she can prove in court that neither Indira nor Rishi is capable of looking after child and Indu told to court that she wants to stay with shweta only .she dislikes her parents or she doesn't feel safe with them .as she love her father and khadus aunt andwhen she will come to know that she is her mother then it is difficult for shweta to make her blame her parents .so there is few percent change that shweta may get custody of her.

Common sense, they just showed Indira's dead body.Did they show, how Indira died? Can you guarantee that the dead body which has been shown is of Indira only and not of Zara? They just took a leap and showed Indira's barsi and in the flashback showed that death sequence and moreover Zara is having a memory loss.So there are a lots of things to disclosed.

i guess u dnt get my point...m talking abt law...not Indira died or not...there is no place of common sense in d field of law...so stop guessing...if Zara is Indira then also she has no rights over Indu as well as Rishi(unless Shweta divorces Rishi)

Shweta loved Rishi and he didnot return the love back to her... it is very well understandable but Rishi not even giving respect to shweta as a person who sacrificed her life for him and taking care of Indu is where i considered Rishi low...
Even i want Shweta to go away from Rishi and Zara life (still i consider Rishi and Zara relationship as extra martial affair as their is no strong proof to show Zara is Indira) along with Indu as Shweta is true mother of Indu

Nice Post Simran ...
Regarding the blame game nd other remarks ...All I can Say is let the fictional story remain fictional ...There is absolutely no need for all the members with their respective preferences to justify their stands nd have unwanted conflicts just to clarify or prove that some character is better and the other is bad ...This doesnot mean we don't share our thoughts but there is always a better way of presenting the thoughts ...😃We must know that these r fictional characters nd they r made to behave nd act in a way the creator of the character wants to ...As we say CV's do spoil charactersSo no reason for us to dissect characters in so much detail because the creators donot make/write characters in so much detail (mostly )...if so much effort was put in making stories perfect without glitches nd bloopers then where would we get the Drama quotient from ...as we all know mostly the drama is far from reality isn't it ...😃Regarding the issue whether Rishi is right or wrong ..It all depends upon the viewers perception ...😊OK i know i have given a diplomatic answer ...😆But thats what I feel like writing here ...😃I hope i have not written something wrong ...😕I want share this Quote here"The fact of storytelling hints at a fundamental human unease, hints at humanimperfection.Where there is perfection there is no story to tell."Ben OkriSo let the imperfection exist as they r nd we should enjoy whatever we can ...Nd Simran very Sorry for my late reply ...
