Absolutely, one can love more than one person in their lifetime. That is why I am of the strong opinion that Shweta should leave SN, forget Rishi, and fall in love with someone who loves her back. She deserves this (Obviously she can share Indu's custody with Rishi).

Loved your post... I truly agree that Rishi is only on love with Indira ANC when he can see so many instances of Zara being Indira... He is trying his best to prove that...

whom will the court give the custody?

here all the reasons are genuine.

rishi is indu's father.

shweta gave birth to indu and raised her for 8 yrs.

indira is the mother of indu,she couldnot give birth to indu because of her BT and now she is having ML for unknown reason,

So court can't do injustice to Indira even,it was not her fault.

Indira is Rishi's first official wife,so automatically Rishi and Shweta's marriage will be at stake or may be even get cancelled,then???If it gets cancelled then what will court do?Whose side will the law take?

Some matters are not so easy as they appear.There are lot more things to be considered.

then the real romance will bloom rishi making her fall for him all over again

if you want me to swat the pest of this entire storyline

then if i have learnt anything from my law textbook,woman studies and bade acche lagte hain( 😆 ) if the first wife is alive the marriage to the second one becomes null and void! (voila i love these two words 😆 )

especially if its a marriage by force then toh its definetly i say it again VOID!

If Indira's Memory comes back , even then Rishta's Marriage will remain valid.

According to Indian Marriage Law. If one Spouse disappears or remains untraceable for more than 4 years , and another spouse marries in meantime , the first marriage is automatically nullified ( even if missing person returns later).

So Inshi's marriage is now nullified automatically.

And As Regards Indu's custody , I have already given you answer once , if shweta goes court , there are more than 99.9% chance she will get Indu's custody.

And Yes Rishta's Marriage was not by Force , but by visible consent in front of Entire CC.😆
