Today(7th June),'HD' episode was splendid. What an entertaining episode, full of fun ,all the characters frolicking about in the story. It just reminded me of Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream",where we get to see a play-within-a-play,with the characters frolicking about, distancing the audience from the emotions in order to poke fun at the torments and afflictions that, those in love, suffer.Just as in this play of Shakespeare, there is a light-hearted tone in "HD" today, which never lets the audience doubt that things might take a serious turn;we're let to enjoy the comedy without being caught up in the tension of an uncertain outcome. But unlike "A Midsummer Night's Dream",in "HD",the play-within-a-play is set only for few scenes to get back the story into its motif,i.e.,Indira winning back her home from the builder and getting back her family together.

Its seems the script of "HD" has been improved, bringing a balance between serious tone and the light-hearted tone;every characters are given a space to grow, and the prime instance of this has been seen in the present episodes, where Munna Sharma,Sunaina Bhabi,Ishaan,Mandira,Sumer Singh, and Radhe-all these characters seem to bring out their best, moving along with the main story-line,which revolves round Indira and her fight to get back her home, and Indira and Rishi,as a couple, together trying to save SN from the clutches of the builder and Indira's father. In fact,I think its after a long time that we're getting to see such a wholesome growth in all characters, bringing into light their individual characteristics, and bringing into light all the actor's individual talents. For this the writer deserves all the praise, and lets just hope that,Illa Bedi Dutta will not let the rhythm of her show get dis- balanced.

And this merging of the serious note and the light ones are a definite positive points of the drama.Besides, keeping the protagonist in the center and letting all other characters develop,is making the drama more entertaining and meaningful.Because in the present episodes,I think we'll would agree that, none of the characters are of less importance.I think for the first time we didn't mind seeing the characters,Mandira,Sumer,Munna,Sunaina Bhabi, all of them stealing the scenes for a while.Inspite of Indira and Rishi's less screen space, they were all a complete entertainer. This play-within-a-play really brought out the best in all actors, individually;for instance, the acting of Rati Pandey, she was outstanding today, with her accent, attitude, and expression;Sumit Vats,is evolving with his skills;and the actors, who are playing the characters of Mandira,Sumer,Munna,Sunaina, and Radhe, were simply fantastic.

This is my view on the present story of 'HD',which seems to be promising for the future. And if this balance is persistent, than I'm sure the show will win back everyone's heart, who have been disheartened lately, and it will soon complete its thousand episodes.

What do you mean? Evolving? You must be new to HD. I guess Sumit Bashing has now begun.

excellent analysis.

HD is really worth watching these days. I also likes Sumer Mandira Jodi. Though principle wise they dont go well, they look good together in a frame, esp with the baby in their hand.
