As a Rati fan, after Jee Le Yeh Pal, i was waiting to see her back and started watching HD from day 1 for her and also I loved the concept of a woman being a control freak which they showed in the toothpaste promo and Mandira mobile recharge promo, I instantly liked the concept and delighted to see Rati portray a different role from Nupur.
As, the show started I liked the way Indira Sharma was unique in her mannerism, very strict, shrewd, intolerant to men, aggressive, caring, enigmatic, and different from other characters on television quite different from the usual saas-bahu sagas.
then, Inshi was formed and it was rocking chemistry to see Rishi and Indu, the way Rishi was naughty and teasing Indu and this whole thing of Maakanmalkinji and Kiraayadarji was new and refreshing to watch.
Ever since I have been watching HD despite its numerous flaws and endless bloopers. I only wish the way HD started and promised us so much to offer had they fulfilled it and not lost its charm the way it is now, I hope the old glorious days of HD is back with some kind of redeemption sooner than later.
