i like colorful characters BUT, HD just brings them in as if they're doing a cameo.

lallan was made into a faltu track (seriously, do you think Jhumpa will be put behind bars ...???), aur abhinav, it feels like he was there for just a cameo. put him in for five minutes max and blindly edged out without serving his intended purpose.

as it is, most HD articles say one thing but something else happens. what's the point of expending energy on writing the article?

anyway, as a viewer - i don't mind characters as long as they help build a good story. this track with rishi missing and figuring out who and why rishi was kidnapped is good. seriously, it really is good and also leads into a can of worms such as why can't some of the sharmas understand that rishi and indira marrying will make no difference in their life? it will also help build more inter-family drama which HD thrives on despite losing its original "real" message. although, they of course are building up this track in all such directions, are not really utilizing the material they truly have, and i just don't get why it's all so complicated for them to deliver a strong and thriller-like track. kidnapping tracks should be like those lovers-in-a-jungle track where you're on the the edge of your seat in sadistic fascination for both parties. they've also reduced indira's character .. i thought she was going to take up a new avatar, not the hitler one, but like a woman crossed in love types. something fierce (only got a glimpse of that when she went to break down the door with an axe)

if they want to give us drama, than they should appropriately build up the plots and focus on them instead of bringing in actors for cameos and creating articles for hype.

and i just really don't feel like watching/listening to another loud character.

ALSO, what i don't get is why alll these characters brought in (minus abhinav and thus far, vidith) are so FLAWED? especially concerning the sharma family? couldn't they have made sunaina's mother sane and more on indira's side/sharing her mindset and understanding? i'll truly pull out my hair is inder becomes bad again .. that would simply just tip scales to inconceivability and ruin HD for me since we need to see at least one redemption shown.

i know it's a long winded post buttt i'm tired of HD bringing in new actors just for trps and then not really moving HD forward plot and meaning wise
