If u watch the precap she asks who brought inder home and who paid the bills. And that moment munna introduces sameer as the person who paid the bills & indira didnt look too happy.

Yeah it does clearly show that she knows Sameer paid the hospital bills as Munna bhai was saying look this way and sameer came in.

I think even when she finds out that Sameer payed the bills, she would be pissed off because Indira is the same person who used to get angry at Rishi in the begining because he use to talk to her family etc.. And Sameer is the person who she clearly hates and Indira being the person with a lot of self respect, I don't think she will accept his help so easily... But yes, we will find out tommorow
