yep...diwan builders is gonna bankrupt way...

chandni chowk mein mall... not at all sensible...mall mein aayega kaun , where is the parking area when thr is no place for a car to enter ..and how can ppl staying thr can afford to come to a mall...and many more reasons...

if it was an aprtment then it must have been fine but mall...

well if diwans invest in this then sure they r gonna become bankrupt for sure...

Actually a mall would work wonders there, but they would need not just Sharma Niwas but the entire lane including Inder Sharma's shop and current house :)

Cv's thy do anything.

A shopping mall in chandidni chowk.Ppl who live in tht are are middle and lower middle class families to maximum extent.Will thy afford to buy in tht mall.Ppl outside cc can't come to this mall bcoz of narrow roads,Their cars and vehicles donot fit into those roads.

If it was apartments or a society then it would have sounded very logical and reasonable

But coming back to Reality ... Have u ever heard price for slum house in dharavi in mumbai in recent suvey on BBC/NDTV..?? one small house has gone up to 1 cr according to recent seurvey, builder are ready to buy on that price.

Chandani Chawk is promising area to open a shopping mall or food chain in reality so why not in SOAPS...i think Cvs are pretty smart when they relate small small detailing n connect to real life
