Diet and exercise to loose weight

hi, I want to loose weight.
I am 25, male
height: 184 cm
weight: 89 kgs
I am from india and i just want to loose 5 kg in 2 months. as per my survey my calorie intake should be 1950cal and 700-800cal to be burnt in a day to achieve my target.
can anyone please suggest me a diet and diet plan and ways to burn calories?

Coconut milk is a great source of nutrients. Massage it on the scalp to reduce hair fall.

Be mindful of what you eat - bad food habits coupled with stress will result in hair loss. Eat a balanced diet.
