Hello hello friends!! đ¤
*ahem* After a short hiatus from Discussion of the Week, we are baccckkkkk so get your wands AND brains ready for some discussions to happen!! đ
Now, as you all remember, before Harry killed Voldemort in Deathly Hallows, he gave a speech, or monologue, explaining how he found out about Horcruxes, how he destroyed them, etc etc... some people felt that it wasn't realistic for him to be able to speak so much before actually battling with Voldemort.
BUT... in Goblet of Fire, Voldemort does the same thing - he is getting ready to kill Harry, but takes a long time in welcoming his Death Eaters, explaining to Harry what he's been doing, going on about that... so in this case, they BOTH had a 'monologue'! We have to know that Voldemort assumed at the moment that he was going to kill Harry, even though it didn't happen.
What do you all think? Do you feel that both of them should have had this chance to speak so long before a battle with each other, or do you feel that there should have been more action than words?
Do let us know... and we'll leave you at that! đ Have fun,
Love, HP Dev Team
